I go to this pharmacy, and they never have your refills in stock, I went there to pick up my meds and they said I don't have any available, even though I got a text and mail from them saying it's ready for pick up!! Also when you call the pharmacy, they never pick up the phone, it's like they're are scared to talk to you. I transferred all my meds to this location for inconvenience and it's not that busy, and believe me, I know when it's busy, the Walgreens's I was using before this couldn't even take their breaks, and this Walgreens act like they're hella busy. I have about ten meds for refill, and they didn't have any of those meds in stock, I was like wtf!! Kind of pharmacy is this, when they don't have your medication on hand.. They need to do something with the people that work in the pharmacy, they never have any answer for your question. And the worse part is the don't pick up the phone, and they don't have anything in stock!!

Refuses to assist tele-health patients. Gave me and my doctor an unnecessarily hard time. Don't use if you rely on tele-health services.

terrible customer service, wait here for 20 min and nobody shows up. Walgreens is such an not good business anymore, feels like Sears in their last year

I used to hate coming to this location because the staff members before used to be rude and when you asked a question where to find something it seemed like I committed a deadly sin lol. One day I came in hesitantly to pick pictures my wife ordered and was very pleased. Everyone was so helpful with the items I was looking for and when I went to go check out and pick up my pictures they were explaining to me about my points and rewards and I was able to use it during this transaction. I thought it might of been a fluke and it was just that I got lucky with the people who helped me. 10 visits and I still received great service everytime I walked in.

They have tolerated the stupidity of Vallejo and continue to remain open. Not sure how much longer they will continue to do so though. I predict this place will close within the next few years.

I went into this store a couple weeks ago and noticed that one of the cashiers was wearing a mask but only over his mouth and chin, not his nose. Today I went back and was surprised to see the same cashier still stupidly wearing a mask pulled down to expose his nose. It's ironic that a store that sells medicine has management who are apparently oblivious to basic pandemic precautions. I will never go back.

I spent one day calling around all Walgreens trying to find Finesse Shampoo. I called this Vallejo Store on Spring Street and I spoke to Roberto, the Assistant Manager and he not only ordered several bottles of Shampoo for me but when I called today to pick it up Roberto said it came in. I drove from Napa to Vallejo to pick up the shampoo and Roberto had it right there for me and he even put it in a bag for me along with other items. I would highly recommend this store and I give Roberto a 5+ Stars as a great manager!!!! Very helpful and I would drive 45 minutes in traffic to go to this store!

This pharmacy is the best branch of Walgreen in Vallejo, the pharmacy staff are very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable on what they are doing most particularly Joyce the best Pharm Tech. She deserves a promotion and should occupy the highest position in her field. She can be a "Pharmacist" , it's only my opinion, that's how good she is

I walked into this Walgreens to p/u a prescription. I don't appreciate it when this white blonde employee thinks I'm stupid & I don't see her. I'm standing at the pharmacy line with only one guy ahead of me & a ghetto lady who the pharmacy lady name Meagan seems to be taking forever to help her & go on to the next customer. I mean don't you have faster employees at the pharmacy who doesn't waste time asking a lot of nonsense questions & just keeps the line moving? It frustrated me even more because there is this white Walgreens employee with blonde hair (maybe she's the manager or something who knows) who gives eye contact as I was standing in line at the Pharmacy & then she acts like she's stocking items on the shelf. Then she returns & looks at me again as I'm still standing in the pharmacy line while Megan the pharmacy employee is still on the same loud ghetto customer (I mean Meagan, can you speed it up? There is a line forming). After I finally picked up my meds, I'm walking out the door of Walgreens & could see on the side of my eye that the same blonde white employee is eye balling me as I'm walking out the door. WTF is your problem d*** a*** why are you following me around the store? I could see you even if you think your being discreet. I'm old enough to know what time it is and I'm no thief so stop following me around the store d*** a*** Why don't you go get the real thieves & stop harassing innocent people like myself who are just there to pick up meds at the pharmacy. I don't have to acknowledge any Walgreens employee as I'm walking out the door so stay out of my way and do you. To top it off, it's a sore eye to see homeless people pan handling outside the front door of walgreens & seeing different people just sitting in their cars doing nothing but looking at people go in and out of Walgreens. Get a life, I mean if your suppose to be on an undercover stake out sitting in your car it's so obvious. Last, if a person such as myself doesn't talk to you, get a clue & don't assume the worst. You don't know me, so don't profile me unless you're looking for trouble. Understand!

I called the pharmacy on Sunday to see if they stocked a perscription before driving all the way over with my paper script. The woman on the phone who I found out was the manager was very rude saying that this was against policy and I would need to walk in and discuss the matter with her. I asked if there was any other way as I had family obligations and also needed to get this filled. She belittled me by saying that I wasn't going to get special treatment just because I had a family. I had to play by their rules or I couldn't do business there. Shocked by this, I went in because I felt as though I had no other choice which caused massive financial repercussions finding new care for my family obligation. When I arrived I handed the cashier in the pharmacy my prescription and asked if they had it in stock and could fill it. She said that only the pharmacist could check that and walked over to her and gave her the script. I could tell from her voice, that she was the same person I spoke to on the phone. Instead of checking to see if the medication was in stock she asked if there way anyone waiting for a consultation and completely ignored me. A man stood up from the waiting area and said that he had some questions about sunscreen in which she joyfully replied that she would be happy to help him and to come over to the window. After a 15 minute discussion about sunscreen, I observed the pharmacist eating, taking sips of water from her water cantine and generally just wandering about. I finally asked the cashier when she would have a chance to check on the stock. The cashier apologized and told me that she would ask her again. When she did this, the pharmacist let out a long sigh, typed a few things into the computer and then approached me. She said, yes we have this in stock but no I won't fill it because your doctor is out of the area. I questioned this as my doctor is about 20 miles away I'm in Vallejo, she is in Albany. Also, I've filled prescriptions from my doctor from this pharmacy before without issue. I asked for more information about why this was in place and I was told by her that, "it's our policy" When I mentioned that I filled scripts here before from this doctor and even other doctors as far out as Oakland and Berkeley without issue so was confused as to why this is the first time I was hearing this. She dismissed me and walked away. I called my doctor to tell her what happened to see if she had any suggestions and she said that she would try to send it through another time and to go back in and hopefully I'd get a different pharmacist as she's never heard of anything like this before and advised me that it sounds like it was an odd occurrence specific to this one pharmacist. Sure enough, I get a text today, 2 hours after she submitted it, that the prescription was ready for pick up. So yesterday, I wasted $300 on care for my father, over 2 hours of time and frustration, all because this pharmacist didn't want to help me. I do not like to make assumptions but am completely dumbfounded as to why any of this occurred. It's a single prescription that I've been on for two years. Why is this taking multiple visits, calls, and doctors getting involved not to mention the hours of my life I'll never get back and hundreds of my hard earned dollars? I was also laid off so I don't have hundreds of dollars to throw around when a Pharmacists decides to make up her own rules. I'm really hoping that she receives some additional coaching and training to ensure that this isn't occurring anymore often than yesterday when it happened to me.

I come here a lot to pick up snacks and to grab some meds from pharmacy. Both areas, the cashiers are really nice, I've never had any issues. The older male Filipino pharmacy tech or maybe he is just a cashier at pharmacy is extremely helpful and patient. I see him go out of his way to help customers and even myself when it comes to insurance or finding over the counter meds. The store is usually clean, seems like they are always working on putting things out on the floor so theres always crates and what not on the sales floor on most aisles and no one putting things out. Maybe they are under staffed ? Sometimes there's a line checking out, but if the photo cashier is cool, then they usually help too but if not, (sometimes I just see them ignore the line and continue doing whatever they are doing)
