The old miserable woman named Shelia was extremely disrespectful. She told me “don’t come back” because I couldn’t find what I needed. And walked out of the store without purchasing. Extremely terrible customer service.

I cannot believe the horrible way I was treated by the Pharmacy Tech, David. I came in told him my name, visibly sick, ER bracelets on. He says about 10 minutes. I told him my sons name, as we both are sick and was seen in the ER. He said they would try to have it ready by 7pm. It was 6:24 because the hospital sent it over way later, which wasn’t true we were seen together and they told me it was sent right after another. But I just said it I won’t get it, we felt horrible and I was buying theraflu anyways. I walk away once I turn the corner he goes “it was just an estimate” with a rude tone. I walked back and asked him why he’s being nasty, he got up to stretch and kept being rude, making nasty comments. I felt like I was in high school. Cannot believe the unprofessionalism conducted by David. So disappointing.

When you call, they pick up and do something and put you on hold. That hold has a time limit, then it hangs up. They don’t call you back, you have to jump back into the queue. Don’t know if they’re understaffed or incompetent.

I went into your store and I had a excellent experience I think her name was sasha she was extremely helpful and courteous. It kinda was difficult that everything was locked up but the worker with the pink hair was extremely knowledgeable and I will definitely will return to the store

What a joke of a pharmacy. Went through the drive thru at 3 pm last Saturday to pick up a very important prescription for a relative that was just released from the hospital an hour earlier. She told me it wouldn't be ready for another hour to wait inside or come back. I drove back again 2 hours later and the same lady then said they were out of the med and would have to order it, that it wouldn't be in until Monday and it couldn't be transferred or picked up elsewhere without the prescribing Dr.s ok. It was late and I couldn't get a hold of the Dr. I asked her to please order it. My daughter then went back late Monday to pick it up and was told, "oops we ordered the wrong medication". This was a very important timed medication that urgently needed to be taken at 7 pm that Sat. by a very sick person ... and they just didn't give a flying ... monkey ... or care that they set him back on his recovery. So thankful I have Kaiser and will never have to use them personally.

The store has dropped severely in quality. They always say they’re hiring but when you apply and call suddenly the positions are filled. I went in person and was told directly from the manager that they were hiring. I applied and magically they’re filled again. I wouldn’t trust the employees or the manager Kadeisha. She has no idea what she’s doing and overall is just unprofessional. It shows in all of the employees demeanor’s, customer service and with how the store looks. The pharmacy is ok if you can get past their attitudes. If you are seeking work look elsewhere because they’re not serious about anything. The manager spews pretty words but they’re really just lies. Kadeisha detailed that none of her employees want to work and are always calling out, which is what prompted me to apply but it’s very apparent that they have an internal issue.

Don't go to this place. I went to get my sons prescription for his ear infection I came at 9 am they told me his prescription won't be ready until 11:45 AM. I get there at 12:30 and my sons prescription still isn't ready waited an additional 25 minutes for the prescription to actually be filled.I should of just had the prescription sent to American Canyon like I usually do. Go there instead!

The pharmacy department is super understaffed and unorganized. It will take weeks to get your prescription. They tell you to come at a certain time then ask you to come back it's a mess.

I visited the store today to process returns from Levis with FedEx which directed me to bring the box and QR code and a label will be printed for me. Upon presenting the QR code to the employee, they snapped and said “bring your return label, we don’t do QR codes here”. The employee was rude and beyond disrespectful when she started talking to another associate “I thought I worked here, I am telling her, I finna keep repeating myself”. I told her that I understood at once that I need to bring my return label but what I read is “Present QR code and associate will print the label” to which she said “we aint got no printer here”. First off, this young black lady could have lead the interaction with that vital information. Most importantly, she needs to learn how to communicate “effectively” without the gangsta twist because not everyone is about that hood life. I cannot have compassion for a person who has no regard of civility towards people who are just asking a simple question.

Scary and dirty outside the parking lot. I had an online order to pick up. I received the email alert to check in to let them know I'm on my way. When I got there I alerted them via email/app "I'm here". Waited and waited. Finally after 10 minutes I called. 1sr call I was dropped. Then I called again. Finally someone answered. I asked for my curbside order. Then I just said I'll go to the drive thru instead and I was answered with ok. I wanted to get out of the lot. It did not look save. There was an abandoned car and the stench smell of weed was eminent. Not the best experience. Management need to step up and make the lot safe and clean. Very unsanitary. Your curbside pick up is non-existence. See photo submitted.

Walgreens is Walgreens. You get what you need and go. They usually have everything I need and the staff usually keep the line moving and are willing to help if need be.
