Worst customer service of my life I called and asked if they close at 7 because I needed to pull out more money then my ATM limit they said yes but if you get here by 7 I can help you. I get there at 7:02 and she says sorry my drawer is closed so wtf bullshit then they started acting like I was going to do something to them because I was like you really can't help and they where being short and rude I'm like is it because I'm black or what?

Anytime I need to do banking inside of the bank, Wells Fargo inside of Glen Cove Safeway is the only place I like to go. Lines are always short here, all the reps are over the top friendly and I always leave satisfied. I have noticed that customer service really is a number one priority when I visit this Wells Fargo branch. They remember my name, greet me with a smile, and take care of whatever business I have come for quickly.

Wells Fargo is part of the problem in america; and, this branch is no exception. Greed and lack of service at it's best. First of all, they don't wake up until 10am. At 9:59am they have 10 people standing in line and all of the grumpy sellers (I mean tellers) are wandering about, stuffing their faces while customers irritatingly wait for them to catch up with the rest of the world. They refuse to put out deposit slips, so you have to state all of your personal info at the counter for everyone else in line to hear. How much does a deposit slip cost? And, and sell me some line about saving a tree when you are sitting behind a wooden counter or desk. At my bank (West America) at 9am deposit slips are waiting and my tellers are smiling and ready, and they are waiting for me to wake up. Secondly, Wells Fargo sellers are always trying to sell you an account. I would not bank here if my family owned this bank. I only come to this hole to deposit money into someone else's account to pay bills.

I don't like them or any Wells Fargo for that matter. They always try to scam me or tell me lies to get me to get an account with them when all I want to do is cash a check. My husband worked for the Wells Fargo corporate office in SF, so I already know what I don't need.

I spoke to a rep. Noe Gonzales who supposedly is an assistant manager. Mr Gonzales has no sympathy for hard working people. He was ready to let me close my accounts knowing I've been a member since 2003. On the other hand, Ms Jasmen Miller worked with me knowing that day I was going through the emotions and I was not thinking clear. She really helped me and made me think of what it will happen if I shut my account down. She came up with a solution and even help me fix my account since it was an old product and update the product I have now. I appreciate her assistance and the solution that she gave me. Ms Miller has compassion for the people She is a great asset to Wells Fargo. For Mr Gonzales, he needs to go back to customer service school and learn from the other colleagues he needs to loosen up And not be so uptight.

Never busy and full of friendly and bright tellers! It's convenient to go to the Safeway's WF vs going to the regular WF.

This branch is amazing! They always have great attitudes and are always willing to help. They treat all their customers with respect and never judge based on appearance. I will continue to go to this branch even if it is out if the way.

Its funny but the same thing just about happened to me. I was also having a crazy day and the tellers just said the nicest things to me. I have just cut my hair and they both complimented me on it. When I left I felt great. Makes you want to go there everyday to start your day!!! Great customer service!!!!

Last week, I was in a *terrible* mood - middle of exams, tired, cranky, annoyed, worried. But alas, rent deadlines wait for no one, stressed or not, so I had to come here to take care of a bit of bank business. I arrived third in line, and I noticed there was a guy greeting people and talking to them while they waited. As I approached, this is how it went: HIM: Hi! I'm (dude who talks to people while they wait). (holds out hand to shake) ME: (shakes) Hi...Kerrie. HIM: Oh, that's a cool phone, do you mind if I take a look? (Looks at my phone.) What would you like to do today? ME: (my bit of bank business) HIM: I can take care of that for you. Is it K-E-R-R...Y? ME: No, K-E-R-R-I-E. HIM: Account number? ME: mumble, mumble, (account number) really fast ME (thinking): SHALL I YELL OUT MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TOO, WHILE I'M AT IT? (keep in mind I'm still in a terrible mood) HIM: Okay, and how much would you like to (do your bank business with)? ME: Ummm...can I just write it down please? Ugh. I suppose the greeter idea is a pretty good one - it helps people to get comfortable with their banking staff...if they REALLY need it But I could have seriously done without the small talk, without the handling of my phone, and without the disclosure of personal information while waiting in line. On the upside, my teller was quite capable, and he looked uncannily like Keane. Uncannily.
