Beware of Orlandi Valuta, they will not send your money as the promised date and then, Orlandi Valuta will tell you that it will take 5 to 7 business days for either the funds to be deposited into the beneficiary account or to cancel and request a refund. That's right 5 to 7 business days. Orlandi Valuta cannot be trusted because they provide very misleading information and fail to inform customers that it will take 5 to 7 business days to either finalize a deposit or get your money back.On 6-18-22, I sent 2,000 dollars through Orlandi Valuta, which I greatly regret, as this is a family emergency, as a deposit to my relative account. The printed receipt promised to have the funds deposited or available on the same day I made the transfer on 6-18-22, which is FALSE. After making multiple phone calls and speaking with many incompetent reps from Orlandi Valuta, they did not resolve anything. In contrary, as if Monday, 6-20-22, Orlandi Valuta now said I needed to send information about myself, which I did and they requested a picture or screenshot of my relative account to prove that the funds have not been deposited? That's crazy, Orlandi Valuta should be able to have access information that tells them if or not the funds have been deposited. One rep told me after I sent the requested info to Western Union in an email, that the funds would be deposited tomorrow, 6-21-22. After I sent Western Union, who works with Orlandi Valuta, the info, I called back to confirm they received the info, two reps from Orlandi Valuta said it would take 48 hours for the bank to respond if they need further information or not, another rep said it would take 5 to 7 business days for the funds to be deposited into the account or 5 to 7 business days to get my money back. That's crazy. Orlandi Valuta is the worst place to send money.
