“While we were on a road trip from the Midwest last summer, we took our rental car to Wheel Works in Vallejo California when one of the car's tires began repeatedly leaking air. The Service Manager, Roberto Alvarez, was incredibly helpful. After determining that the tread on all four tires was dangerously low, Roberto persistently worked with the rental car company to get approval for the tires to be replaced. And he then worked very hard to have them replaced as quickly as possible so we could be on our way for the remainder of our trip. I really can't say enough good things about Roberto and Wheel Works and am extremely grateful for the outstanding service they provided.Service: Tires”
