“Actually I went to Kohl's to return some things to Amazon but when you return packages to Amazon, they give you a discount and I got a 25% discount to do some shopping at Kohl's. I borrowed some really terrific earrings and some air freshener and a few other things, but my experience there was awesome, especially the 25% discount. So I would highly recommend returning your Amazon packages here because you get a discount of some sort. So how can you go wrong? You return your items and get a discount. What more can I say?”

“My husband and I were assisted by Stephanie, who went above and beyond. She was able to quickly put together an outfit that was exactly what we were looking for and she couldn’t have been nicer while doing it. The store itself is clean, organized and well stocked.”
“Shop is full of great items. I had a great time shopping! Christy and Michelle had the best customer service. They stayed busy with keeping the floor clean and in order and also assisting customers. I will definitely come back to shop. The only negative comment I will add is that I was not greeted when I came in, but once that particular person, that I didn't mention, saw I purchased something she said "have a good day" when I was leaving. Other than that minutiae incident, everything else was ideal!”
“For the value of what you get at this place, clothes that people think cost much more, I will always give this place 5 stars! The dressing room changes are super inconvenient and I waited so long I almost left. Not sure why they can't bring the old ones back.”

“My husband told me about ism but I would always stay in the car instead of going in. I figured...since he never came out with anything, they must be too expensive...boy was I wrong. He finally convinced me to go in "to just look". I came out with a shirt, hoodie and a skull cap. They run a little small but they are very high quality clothing, the sweats are very thick and soft. The prices are much less than I expected. I actually need to go back because lately I've been wearing my hoodie 2 times a week...I absolutely love it. So warm you can go without a coat. The no pressure customer service was great. I'm only giving 4 stars because my husband would always go in but come out with nothing. They don't carry his size. He's normally a 2x because he's so tall but 3x would fit better when it comes to ism clothing. I would love to surprise him with something from ism...since he turned me on to them...sooo please consider larger sizes. See you soon...”
