“I joined CFVC about 18 months ago. I initially started thinking I was just going to join for fitness and better understanding of the movements. Turns out it's an awesome and inviting environment with great people and fantastic coaches. It's become something I look forward to, yes even at 5pm after a long work day. Highly recommend.”
