This post office often operates at a slow pace, and the staff could be more attentive to customer needs. One older female employee tends to be dismissive and doesn’t seem to listen to customer concerns. Another employee, a middle-aged man, is generally quiet but often appears unapproachable due to his facial expressions. On top of that, I was given incorrect information regarding my issue, and rather than helping to resolve it, I was simply told to go elsewhere. A more helpful and customer-focused approach would make a big difference.

Poor service. First of all the the delivery driver. Would not drive a half a mile to deliver my oversize package at my residence on Friday, He just a left a slip in my box. So I reschulded a delivery for monday. Then the post office would not answer thier phone.tried 4 times.
Terribly Incompetent service.

Old lady and the dude are so rude. If you don't like your job get a new one!!! Worst customer service. The first couple times I was like okay maybe they had a bad day but it's constant. Old lady gets way to overwhelmed. Dude is just a jerk. Only worker that has common sense and is respectful is the younger lady.

This is the FIFTH time our packages have been lost/delivered to an address other than our own. I’m not sure how hard it is to get this right, but I am sure that if it were the carrier’s packages, they would have been delivered correctly by the carrier. I also know that I am not the only one this has happened to. If this had been a one or even a two-time occurrence, I may understand, but this is crazy. What’s even more frustrating is that the mail is marked as “delivered” and there are two packages missing this time. Get it together, USPS!

We had a passport appointment for my son and everything was quick and easy. Kathleen was helping us out and she explained the passport processing time, fees. The whole process took less than 15 minutes.

Consistently leaves packages by road in drainage ditch while rainwater is running into it or there's standing water.App will say package left on porch.

5 stars because Moody is so helpful and kind. He should run the entire show. His attitude and customer service are so far beyond any postal employee I have ever encountered. Give this man a raise.

What is the deal when it comes to getting a package delivered? Twice in 45 days the package was not delivered when scheduled, and one package shows on 2/26 it’s being delivered on FEB. 16th !!!! It was due to deliver more than a month ago! I’ll be filling a formal complaint. Ridiculous!

(Already filled positive review on the survey given on the receipt, but decided to leave a review on here too.)- I came here for passport acceptance by appointment and I believe Moody was his name, helped me and my brother & toddler. He was very patient with us. He was easy to explain things to and easy to understand. Glad I had all my needed documents with me, it definitely makes the process easier having everything ready. He helped me very well overall and I’m glad we had his assistance. Thank you Moody!
