“You cannot buy something that is less then ten dollars with a credit card that's the store policy of Vier and Noho Downtown Store which is located right near it. They sell eyeliners for three bucks and another one for two bucks and I really wanted to get some but couldn't since I didn't bring cash. The clothing is amazing though.”
