“I didn't get the gentleman's name who was helping me, but he was very friendly and efficient!The back of my iPhone 11 was cracked and when I called, he said he could take my appointment right away at 215pm on a Wednesday and it took about 1 hour 15 min.The parking lot is TINY, but I had parking when I dropped off and picked up my phone. There is (maybe metered) street parking also. Highly recommend! They did a fantastic job and they quoted me less than a majority of the places I called. Thank you again!”

“About 1.5 months ago my phone’s front screen was severely damaged and I needed it fixed as soon as possible, but I was struggling to find a place to repair it at by the end of the day until I was recommended to come here. This place repaired the screen in ~2.5hrs and I was surprised by the results, my phone looked brand new. I was also impressed that they quoted me half the price that I would’ve paid if I had gone to an Apple Store instead.
I came back recently too for my phone’s power button to get fixed, and it was quick and cheap just like before. This is definitely a trustworthy & reliable place. It’s a hidden gem for device repairs.”

“I was in mid-change mode of a Onewheel tire. I struggled to get the new tire on the existing rim. My board was disassembled and I was frustrated. I decided to look for a solution. I came across Matt and gave him a call. I told him about my situation and he said no problem. He told me to bag everything up as is and bring to him. Within a 18 hour period, my Onewheel was ready and ready to be picked up. He also did a once over to make sure it was in tip top shape. I was highly impressed and would recommend him with any of your Onewheel needs.”

“They were very upfront about the price. I had misdiagnosed a problem, It wasn't motor related and they gave me kind of a pity discount. They replaced one part that was looking kind of worn, since I had already asked them to look into the entire motor, it was easy to do at that point. This place is fantastic and will be going here for any motor they are willing to service.”

They sometimes get a backlog where it takes a while for work to get done, but are really transparent about it when they do so it shouldn't be surprise.
