“This place is soo cute! Employees are very friendly. I took my puppy there for some treats and to see take pictures with the Easter bunny. He loved all the treats that he got in his egg hunt! Also got his 1st birthday cake here! Try it out.”
“Month ago my mutt got tape worms; the meds upset his tummy. As most ppl know - walking w runny #2 is dreadful for dog & parent. Called vet, researched for a month…no improvement- went to UP to get pumpkin/sensitive food. Gentlemen working asked if I was looking for specific..explained situation- he showed me pumpkin powder - I asked if I needed more..he said; “this will work in a day”. OMG he was 100% right. He has no idea how much he made both Henry and my life so much better. Every time I go in here - they are SO incredibly lovely.Note: I NEVER take time to review..but this was worth it.”

“My girl, Hazel, is a bully mix that I rescued as a 8-10week old puppy. She had already changed hands 3 times at such a young age. Even at 1.5yrs she was still struggling with confident issues, so I started bringing her into the zoom room agility classes. The classes have really helped to build up her confidence because she has so much fun getting 1:1 time with me, as well as running over, through, and around all of the different stations. I really love seeing her pittie smile. In the level 1&2 class you usually get 2-3 runs, it really depends on class size if you get more. She recently graduated to level 3.”
“In town from new jersey and needed a quick groom for my pups birthday. They responded super quick and got me right in. Great groomers, and super friendly. Very transparent about pricing and add ons. Got done at a reasonable time and groomed him exactly how i asked them to. 10/10 will be back.”

“Called multiple groomers and no one had availability for a Saturday. I called pride 'n joy and they got me in same day right after my call. It was my baby's first time getting groomed so i was very nervous but as soon as I got there the staff seemed so happy and nice. There's good parking in the back and I picked my pup up in less then 2 years. Very efficient”
“This place has been a lifesaver for the last two years since I adopted my dog. I can always trust that everything has good ingredients (unlike the larger chains like Petsmart and Petco), and the employees are really knowledgable. I always enjoy my conversations with the employees while I'm checking out. I can tell they all really love and care about pets and animals in general. A specific moment that really stood out to me was when I had to buy my dog an e-collar (comfy cone) and was unsure of the size. An employee walked me to the cones and helped me estimate what size I would need even though I didn't have my dog with me. I wish I could support the store more, but once they got rid of the frequent buyer program on my dog's kibble I had to start ordering online since the price no longer made sense. I still come here for treats and toys, but I wish they could bring back that program because I loved coming there every week to buy kibble.”
“We loved visiting Da Moor’s Feed & Tack. We weren’t looking for anything in particular but enjoyed seeing all the horse tack that was available. Employees were super nice, and it was cute to see the two “shop cats” eating dinner - LOLWe ended up buying a couple plush horses for our daughter.”

“I love this store!!! I came in today hoping that I could get my dog groomed but, unfortunately the grooms were done for the day. I was bummed, but an employee, Jack explained how the groomers finish at a certain time, and booking an appointment is what I should do instead. Jack showed me Urban Pet has self wash stations! Gave me a quick run down of how it works and let me know of a daily deal on Mondays for the self wash. Jack gave me some fresh towels! After his bath they gave my pup some treats! My boy has chicken allergy, but Jack made sure to ask before giving him any. They also helped me out with some food recommendations for my pup's sister. Jack hooked it up with some samples and a free membership! Definitely will be coming back, people here know their stuff!!!”
“Everyone at this Healthy Spot location is amazing, but this review is especially for Esme, who bathes our sweetheart Buddy every 2 weeks. We've never had a long haired dog before, and he needs a lot of TLC! Esme noticed his dry, flaky skin and immediately had a solution - her oils have made a fantastic difference in his skin, especially during these cold winter months! I appreciate all of Esme's advice about how to manage his coat at home, too, between appointments. It's really wonderful to see how much Buddy trusts Esme, as you can see in this video. Esme is the best - and we're so lucky to have her caring for our handsome man. Anyone would be lucky to have such a thoughtful and kind person taking care of their fur baby!!!!”

“Let me start by saying that I love supporting my local shops and small businesses. However, many times the prices in local stores are higher compared to some of the big online sites. This is NOT the case with Big Al's. Not only are their in-store prices competitive to or LESS than online retailers, but the level of customer service from Brandon and his crew is top notch. It is so refreshing to be unable to ask questions to someone working in a pet store and get unbiased and informed answers. This is such an underrated experience nowadays! One Sunday evening I realized that my puppy had run out of his new food and panicked because I knew I wouldn't be able to make it to Big Al's before they closed in 10 minutes. I took a chance and called the store to confirm the closing time, and Brandon answered. He so graciously agreed to stay open past their closing time to allow me to come in and buy my pups food! Another time, I mentioned a food I'd recently switched my pup to that we were using and really loved. Brandon was familiar with the product and agreed that it was a great one, but he didn't carry this brand of dog kibble in store. Within a month, they ordered the product - Farmina, and now carry it in their store! I'm so blown away by the customer service that I've received, the quality of products offered, and the outstanding prices. I will be a forever customer of BIG Al's!”

I guess when you go through life expecting everyone to hold your hand and solve your problems this is what happens. Life is a mirror, if you don't like what you see stop blaming it on others. Grow up, stop being a bish. This place has always steered me in the right direction when it comes to my animals. I love you Henco! Kay is a wizard when it comes to any questions on all animals too. “I took my little dog in for a teeth cleaning, and it went very smoothly. Destiny took care of her and she was literally done and under 15 minutes. I had called Destiny because my dog was a little lethargic afterwards and there was no anesthesia used but I never got a return phone call which was disappointing. Very quick and professional. The only thing I didn't like, was feeling obligated to tip when the procedure was so quick. I chose the lowest percentage tip on their screen, but it still took my total from $155 to $178. Will be back, but choose a lower tip option next time.”

“I stopped by here after work, looking to kill time while I waited for my boyfriend to get out of work. I have never been here before and I wish I had my dog with me! They have so many different brands of dog food, treats, accessories, collars, harnesses, I was quite amazed at the selection. The employees were very kind, offering help if needed. I ended up purchasing my dog a cute Red Dingo turquoise blue collar. I should have bought the matching leash or a harness! I will definitely be back!”
“my Rocky needed more reinforcement to correct him when he is walked and socialized.The Trainer Bridgette immediately recommended the proper chain and the store assistant went and procured the correct size and everything. I am so grateful as this will make it better experience for me and my fur baby when we walk among other dogs. “Stopped by for my dogs birthday this past weekend. Used the self service bath which is great and only $18 and they clean up the mess. Go early to avoid waits but each station has a 30 minute timer. After his bath we shopped around and the staff gave us recommendations on treats and chew toys. Everyone was very friendly.”
“I love healthy spot, this branch is no exception.We had Laura from grooming take care of my dog’s dew claw curled nail, he’s fidgety and I couldn’t do that at home. She was so wonderful ❤️ took the best care of him.Additionally, he’s a picky eater and the employees at the counter had so many samples to try out with him so we picked the one that he immediately devoured. Very helpful staff! My go to for all my dog’s needs really!”
