I had a great experience working with Busy Bee Realty. I was very picky and had a lot of requirements for the property. Because of this, it took me 7 months to find what I was looking for and Raelene was on top of everything from the beginning to the end of the entire process, She was also very patient with me. Her communication and response time was outstanding and she is an expert with a ton of knowledge. I well certainly go back to Rae for future needs. She was beyond AMAZING!

I highly recommend Caprice Butzler and Busy Bee Realty.Caprice facilitated the sell of my childhood home. Her experience in the Calaveras market exceeded my expectations through every step. We hit a few challenging obstacles along the way, her expertise and knowledge of local contractors as well as her excellent reputation woking with local experts resulted in the successful sale of our property. I live out of the area and wouldn’t of been able to coordinate with the right local professionals to complete the sale in a timely manner. Caprice is creative in her approach to handle challenges, her organizational skills and attention to detail resulted in a smooth transaction. She was a rock when support was needed, communicated reliably and handled many issues with the grace and wisdom that only comes from vast experience in the business. The owner of this place has a problem with the nomad looking folk/dirty hippie appearance. If your teeth aren't Hollywood white and you don't smell like Chanel #5 - you are going to get the rude treatment. High-end designer prices on this little shopping center and snobbery. Clean but perhaps too clean.

Caprice Briski-Butzler has guided members of my family through four real estate transactions (two in which we were buying, and two in which we were selling). She gives good advice about preparing the property for sale: what to do to make the house look attractive to prospective buyers, and equally important, what not to bother with. When the house is ready, her photographer takes really excellent pictures, and the property then goes on multiple listing. In our most recent sale (February, 2021), the house was shown 16 times in the first three days, and we got four very good offers. We accepted the one that looked best and it closed in 15 days. Caprice was there to help with everything. We were really pleased to have her.

Caprice responded almost immediately to our inquiry about listing our property. When we met with her, she laid out a comprehensive sales plan based on well-researched price analysis. Our listing had amazing photography from a professional drone operator, which generated more visits and tours than we could have hoped for. Although bare land usually took six months to sell, we had an offer at asking price within two weeks. We would work with Caprice again and recommend her 110%.
