I had the best custom service here today a lovely lady named Sue. She went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed. Also the pharmacist came and helped me find what I needed they didn't carry what I needed so yhe pharmacist goes online and ordered me what I needed. Great customer service today. Thank u cvs!!!! Sue deserves a raise!!!!

Idk what it is about this cvs, but I agree with all the other reviews. The workers here and just plain rude. Like they don't want to help you. And one lady even went as far as to called me chica all cause I just politely asked if my coupon worked. Like first of all, I'm not Mexican. Wtf

The pharmacy & the front end are horrible.I call to get my prescription filled like I do routine every 2 weeks. I go to fill it and they said, “we can’t fill it because in our system shows that it has already been picked up.”Um, I definitely haven’t came and picked up my prescription. I ask them to check the surveillance and long story short they can’t check until days later. I’m out of pocket $230 on my prescription because I have to take it everyday so I have no choice but to buy it. Because of a glitch in their computer system, and that they have no urgency to check the surveillance, im out a lot of money to pay for my prescription otherwise I will get sick.I will be transferring pharmacies.

if I could give no stars I would. I go in to get my prescription like always every 2 weeks and they tell me they can't fill it.. "according to their systems my prescription has already been picked up" ummm what? i definitely did not come pick up the prescription. i ask them to check the surveillance, and check the ID on the person if someone came and picked up my prescription, because you have to give your ID in order to pick up my type of prescription. They said that they would try to get to check the surveillance the next day. Mind you, I'm not supposed to go a day without taking my medicine. So they are trying to have me go 2+ days with no medication due to a most likely glitch in their computer system, with no urgency to check the surveillance. I think I'll definitely be switching pharmacies after this. Im having to pay $230 out of pocket for my medication.

You either get a receipt that is made from 2 trees or you can use all your phone storage to get your receipt emailed. There’s got to be a better way

There customer service is the worst ever. They are plain rude. There phone system is terrible take 20 minutes to get to the pharmacy if at all. There hour are bad. I didn't like Walmart but they where 3 times better then this place

Every time I have a prescription needed to be filled, it's always ready for me. I think there's only been once I had to wait an extra 15 mins, which wasn't even a big deal. I appreciate all these pharmacists hard work and all the employees that work here. I know it's been frustrating for those that had to transfer their pharmacy from Kelly's to CVS, but it's not the employee's fault. They're doing what they can!
