I'm honestly so done with this place! The few times I've came here has been great exceptional service but today the experience I had was extremely uncomfortable. The wait was ridiculously long and she had the worst look on her face like she hated her job and didn't want to be there. Not sure her name but she made me feel super uneasy and when she took my order she seemed like she wanted me to hurry up. Based on this experience I don't think I'll be coming back to this place unless someone else is working here. She also rudely told me she wouldn't accept card and "you didn't read the sign?!? We can't accept cards. You need exact cash." How dare you speak to me like that, that's so disrespectful and idk how someone like you can work there!

They have the yummiest menu with so many flavors and choices of coffee, tea and frappes. They serve some handheld foods like bagels and muffins. My favorite is the coconut cream frappe with two shots of espresso and coconut milk. These people struggle to make a suger free iced mocha or they're just cheap. I order large and it's to the brim with ice, I say large light ice and it comes in a smaller cup with less ice, I say 32oz with light ice and they just add milk to make up the difference where the ice was. I kept going back expecting different results...... don't recommend.

Stopped in yesterday morning, as we are camping nearby and I didn't have high expectations from a rural town coffee shop but the coffee was amazing! Better than bies for sure. But what impressed me the most was the young woman working solo on a very very busy morning. She was working very hard to keep up with the pace and even under all that pressure managed to be very kind and professional. Kudos to her!

Cute little coffee & smoothie hut in Valley Springs. I've had their smoothies, which are yummy but a little too sweet for my taste but my current fave are their refreshers! My fav being the cucumber mint & watermelon mint. The service is friendly but they have gotten our order wrong a couple of times -- on the bright side we've tried new things we probably wouldn't have ordered but enjoyed because of it!

Everything I've had here drinkwise has been great. Might not be a super effective business strategy to not return coin change or ask "do you want your change back?". Asking for donation (i.e. Where is my money going when you keep my change?) might work better for customers.

Not worth waiting for anything longer than a 1 car line. I like the options, but the last 2 times I had sour milk in the frappes I ordered. These were ordered weeks apart.3 stars as to every other occasion I've had a good drink.

They are very quick. They are always friendly here. Drinks are always yummy. The only problem we have is The red Bull they use is 50% always warm. He said the drink is good once it chills. Other then warm red Bull being used. We love this place.
