This place is going places. The pizza and breadsticks were as delicious Las they looked. Pizza looked like it was cared for from start to finish. The game was on in the back ground too. Perfect atmosphere and a caring team.

$25 for three pizza breads. I can live with but when I got home the pizza bread had almost no cheese. If you’re going to charge that much maybe make it worth it.

We love Pizza Factory.. always order Medium, white sauce, thin crust, pineapple and sausage $22... and we order at least once a week.. very nice and friendly staff..WE LOVE VS PIZZA FACTORY❣️

Tried them again. Nope, still the over priced mediocre pizza . $90 for large pizza 10 wings and 2 small salads. $15 delivery charge Plus the driver wanted a tip on top of a delivery charge. I've had steak dinners for 3 cheaper than this! And the salad was wilted. Do you even eat your own products pizza factory? I'm done with them.

This place really went downhill with the new owners. I used to order here all the time and never had issues with the old owners. The employees were very rude. The Employee had a very heavy accent and became frustrated and rude with Me when I asked him to repeat himself over the phone because I didn't understand him the first time. When I picked up the pizza, the staff continued to be impatient and rude. After arriving home and opening up the pizza, I found out it was undercooked, super greasy and completely fell apart. Sad to say I will not be returning to this pizza factory, and would rather spend the extra money to go to round table.

Sadly I have tried a few times to give this restaurant a chance. They have failed 3 out of 4 times. I have had to take my food back to be corrected and failed at that. Tonight was the last time we will try to give them our business. We had to have our pizza remade due to the order being wrong. After we brought it home and began to eat it, it was not even cooked all the way. Every time I try and get them to make whaat was wrong right they give me a hard time about it. A previous time they wouldn’t make it right as they didn’t have the ingredients to make it right but would not even refund our money. Poor customer service and pizza they can’t even get right…

The Valley Springs pizza factory location is an excellent choice when looking for affordable and delicious food. We were greater by the owner and taken care of. Would definitely eat here again.

This was first time eating here. Asked if there was a salad bar, the man said yes. Pizza was just ok and there was no salad bar. There was so many onions on both the salad and pizza, it was over powering. Nothing like onions for a pizza. The man went in fridge area, put salad on plates and added items, I would've never picked out myself. Besides the fact that the man did all this without gloves on or using utensils. Then he brought out ranch dressing, with a salad bar , you usually get a choice. In my opinion this place is overrated in price and taste.. While there, we were the only customers,it was very desolate.

This place is a joke! Don’t waste your time or money. The new owners made up lies when the pizza wasn’t delivered and then refused to refund me. They hung up on me then blocked my number!!

Great pizza as always, I have been happy with every Pizza Factory I have ever been too and this one was even better than I expected. Service was good, order was ready when I got there and tasted great.
