We decided to have a kitchen update and Steve from This & That was referred to us. We updated our floor, and Steve showed us samples and helped us choose the right waterproof flooring. What a beautiful job! The quality of the product and the installation is A1. My very favorite store to shop & buy local in Calaveras County!
This & That has a little bit of everything at lower prices than the big box stores. Shoes, clothing, home goods, foods sports & electronic items, linens, toys, big and small appliances + SO much more! ( check out the big barn full of items too )
My husband & I have also purchased outstanding flooring ( at affordable prices & knowledgeable staff ) for our home as well as our rentals. No job is too big or small. They have a list of preferred installers & the work is top notch. ?

One of my favorite places to shop. Support local small business... it's the backbone to our independence. Steve Hall of T&T has supplied us with our flooring needs for over 10 years. Great products, great installers and we refer them quite a bit. Look here first, then compare. Great lil store!

This & That Discount Store is such a blessing to our community. We recently needed flooring for our break room and had a short timeline. Steve and Sarah worked quickly to find us the perfect flooring at a reasonable price and were able to get it here on time. They even offered to come in when they were closed so we could pick it up. So grateful to have them in Valley Springs!

This & That in Valley Springs is such an awesome place to shop. The owners are amazing people who want to help their customers and the surrounding community. They work tirelessly to stay on top of the communities needs. The prices are great, their products are great, and the location is great. I have purchaed everything from a little box of kleenex to full size household furniture, and everything in between. They are always my first choice when I need something. The staff always greets you with a smile and a helping hand. They are truly one of the biggest assets my small community and I am so thankful for their contributions here.

Flooring was sold as waterproof vinyl with a 25 year guarantee. Flooring failed within a year and manufacturer stated it was installed wrong by his referred installer and the flooring 'finish' is the only guarantee not the structure of the flooring nor is it truly waterproof. Save your money and go to a real flooring store. $6000 lost and he offered to sell us new flooring at his cost.

Definitely a different kind of store. Similar to grocery outlet in concept except in stuff other than groceries.
