Kate Frey, the Studio Account Manager, is amazing. I required a collection of products for a last minute project and she went above and beyond to assist me. I had such a positive experience with her that the next time I need supplies Frends will be the first place I call.

This place was recommended to me when I needed to buy some makeup for an underwater photo shoot. Kassie helped me out and was able to show me exactly what I was looking for, and she also showed me some other products that will be really useful too! This store is huge and has pretty much anything makeup related you can think of. When I got to the car I realized the color of the foundation was a bit too dark so I went back in and Laura worked with me to find the right color. I'm so glad I looked at the color on my face outside before driving away. They made it very easy to return and get the correct shade for my very light skin. Thanks to Kassie and Laura for your help today! I'll send you photos of my photo shoot when I have them!

Sadly won't be shopping here anymore, I was denied an exchange. Tried to make an exchange for an unopened item as the receipt clearly states I can . As I proceeded to complete transaction the worker pointed to this sign on the counter about their policy that is different on the receipt. Not worth shopping here.

Frends is an amazing beauty supply. I've been going there for decades. My mom used to go there when I was young and then I have continued. Super helpful staff. Esther was amazing today. I needed help with some hair color questions, and she really took the time with me to figure out a solution. I highly recommend!! They have great products and great staff. And easy parking!!

My sister went to get African synthetic hair for braiding. She says every was very polite. There was a good selection and the sales people were eager to help. Would recommend.
