Driver arrived 40 minutes late to pick me up for my doctor's appointment and then the car smelled like cigarette smokes like he was smoking a joint.You're a medical transportation company you should not be exposing patients to cigarette smoke. your drivers should not be smoking in the car at all with or without passengers

Unprofessional & untrustworthy: Needed to transport a senior citizen who couldn’t walk. “Yes we can transport them” Gave them the address and they said “We are fully booked” but when pressed said “Well it’s to far”Unprofessional, waste of time. Find other means of Transportation.

Have used their service twice now and have always been satisfied with their customer service. The last time I used them was tonite when I was in a jam. I was left stranded at kaiser hospital by the La yellow cab company when they didn't pick me up at the scheduled time I requested a day before. After 4 hours of waiting for the cab to arrive, I called safeway as a last resort and was told that they were all out of drivers for the day. However, the dispatcher mentioned that one of their drivers might be interested in picking us up as he lived near the kaiser hospital. He arrived promptly and was professional in his demeanor and appearance and took us home. Even though we agreed on a certain price including overtime pay for him, The driver only took a portion of what was the agreed upon price because he was told to charge me only half of what I was going to pay. I thought that showed integrity on his part. He could have easily took advantage of the situation but didn't. I will not hesitate to use their service the next time my mom needs to go to her doctor's appointment.

My 91 year old mother was driven home from the hospital on 2/4. Driver & assist. were very caring and gentle with her and made sure she was comfortable on stretcher. They brought her inside and reassured her with kindness.

Employees don't wear masks! People stand around doing nothing. Employees stand around in the front chatting without acknowledging you. The atmosphere takes inspiration from a fast food place run by inexperienced teens rather than a professional healthcare center.

Came here & got Covid blood test which was not painful at all. They were busy & I only waited less than 30 minutes. They're very helpful & answer all your questions.Will be returning here for future needs . They have free parking/Very good staff & extra clean place .

This place is wonderful, I highly recommend if you're looking for an urgent care and live in the area. I went to VIP urgent care for a medical procedure that I was extremely nervous about, especially during the COVID-19 health crisis. The staff were friendly and Dr. Nikjoo made me feel extremely comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. I felt so well cared for during both the initial visit and 2-day follow up. I couldn't have asked for a better Urgent Care visit and am so happy I found VIP.

This place is a SCAM. They charge insured people $300 for a "first time client"visit. JUST TO WALK IN. You will get the bill later after your insurance refuses to cover that outrageous office visit. After calling all the different numbers and dealing with their staff I am still fighting this $300 that was covered under my insurance!!!! Just look at the tacky overdone lobby!! At least I know how they paid for it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Hi everyone. I had to visit VIP Urgent Care again a couple of days ago regarding an issue I was having with my foot. This place is just amazing. They took such great care of me. The doctors there are amazing. And the lady at the desk was also extremely nice. I highly recommend it there. Also due to the Coronavirus, I was in and out of the very clean and well protected facility. Thank you all for always taking great care of me. Also David gave me a tetanus shot. I didn't even feel it. I appreciate you all there. Take care, and stay safe.

Shady and a scam. I will never be returning to VIP Urgent Care. They are in my network and are covered with my insurance. Thursday (3/12) they sent me an email at 2:30am that they will be charging me an additional $136 for their services. It was a 5 minute appointment where I got antibiotics. Everything should have been included in my co-pay. I called my insurance on Thursday (3/12) to figure it out and find out if I have to pay this. My insurance assured me I am not supposed to pay this extra bill. They tried the last few days calling this number and no response. Finally today (3/16) my insurance got to the bottom of it and had to call three different numbers to get them to not charge me. I'm grateful for my insurance, but not this place. If it wasn't for this billing fiasco and unprofessional billing department always being "closed" and having to call other numbers to talk to a human I would have gone back. It is actually a beautiful location.
