Dishonest advertising. Billboard shows cash-only prices. Who carries cash?

Cashier is rude and pumps #1 #7 and #10 always stop on their own. I used a gift card on #7 and had to manually hold it in the rain because I couldn't get a refund to another pump. Took a long time and was painful. Avoid if possible!!
