On the surface it appears some what clean but the place has dust and mildew and mold. My towels came out smelling bad because of a bad washing machine I chose. I have to wash them again but I don't want to because I don't know which tub has the underlying mold and mildew and which one doesn't. I'm so frustrated I spent that money. Unfortunately most laundromats are like this but this one was dirty.
I want another chance to wash them. C'mon Wash House! Help me out here!

I've been using The Wash House for several years whenever I'm in town, and their Wash & Fold service has consistently been fantastic. I recently recommended them to a friend, and he was equally impressed—he couldn't say enough about how professional, efficient, and pleasant the experience was. Bathrooms are locked and no staff were on site to open them. No outlets worked - they even locked them up to prevent customers from charging their phones.

I love this laundromat! I usually go early because it does get busy on weekends in the late morning and afternoon, and then hard to find a good parking spot. The owner is very friendly and helpful. They keep this place clean with working machines and they always play good music! On a couple occasions we forgot a load in the dryer and when we realized it, we went back and the owner had folded everything and saved it for us, not knowing who it belonged to. That’s really going above and beyond for your customers.

I love this laundromat! The owners are very friendly and kind. I've used both the laundromat and the fluff and fold services. I don't know how I can go back to doing my own laundry when the fluff and fold service is so outstanding! And they have always had it ready for me the next day! I also have pleasant interactions with the staff every time I go in there! So happy to continue to give them my business!

If you don't have a house and a washing machine, this is an excellent place to do your laundry in Valley Village. Janet was absolutely amazing. Thank you for the chocolates. Will be visiting it again.

Tried this place out for my first time and was a bit underwhelmed and unimpressed. To begin, the fluff and fold posted hours were not accurate. Or, the employees were not on time and reliable. There was no one at that station until more than an hour after posted hours. When somebody did finally arrive, it seemed as if all they cared about were the fluff and fold customers and didn't seem to care about the people using the coin operated machines. A few minutes after I loaded my items into washers, to gentleman walked in and seemed to be regulars. They were complaining that the time on the machines they were using was off... Not by a minute... But by 7-8 minutes. The machines internal timer was slow and added that much time to each cycle. Not cool. Because I had never been to this place, I wasn't accustomed to their machines, and no employees were around to help, I did not realize that they charge depending on how hot and thorough you want the wash to be. So the advertised price on the machine is for the lightest/coldest cycle, whereas if you want hot water(the only reason I was there was to wash linens), it's about a full dollar more than the advertised price. The establishment itself is smaller than other places so not many carts to use and not much folding space. Cleanliness was about a 3.5/5. I have been to much more welcoming, cleaner, and efficient laundromats so I will not be returning here. Also to note, the parking lot is one of the worst I have ever been in... In my life....off of a paved road. The potholes here can destroy tires/wheels. Washer beware.

These ladies are the best. They do some such a nice job and treat your clothes like they were their own. Highly recommend!
