I've tried contacting the regional manager multiple times regarding my move in with no courtesy call/email. Extremely unprofessional. Prior to move in I spoke to Jamela on site manager regarding sound for me to move in and find out I can hear my upstairs neighbors footsteps creaking noise and being waken up multiple times at night my heart drops of how bad this is. I understand they are just trying to rent out units but I was extremely clear in what I was looking for I would had gladly looked elsewhere. Also their website states 30 day guarantee from move in but No one has even tried to resolve this issue for me, save your self the stress from moving here.

Took off one star because my apartment wasn’t move in ready and a few things had to be fixed that I discovered once I moved in. Most issues were fixed in a couple weeks. Some maintenance requests are fixed quickly others have taken a long time, some some fixes done unprofessionally. The paint job in some areas in the apartment were unprofessional/messy when you look closer, but from a far everything looks decent.clean nice building, had an amazing experience moving into the building. Bianca is an excellent property manager - she helped me lease my apartment, was patient, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process, from the viewing to deciding the specific apartment number/location, and then walking me through the leasing process.

The Vue at laurel canyon is a beautiful complex!!. Jamela Johnson is also such an amazing assistant properly manager. She literally went above and beyond for me to try and accommodate my potential move. She is very thorough and responsive! She will be able to answer any question that you may have and do whatever it takes to make your move work for you. The complex is very clean with a nice Little courtyard. The rooftop lounge is a nice little place to chill and watch the sunset :) highly recommend Jamela and this complex!!!

had an amazing experience moving into the building. Bianca is an excellent property manager - she helped me lease my apartment, was patient, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process, from the viewing to deciding the specific apartment number/location, and then walking me through the leasing process. I would highly recommend working with her to lease an apartment at the Vue if your interested in the apartment community. I have lived here for about a month so far and its been mostly a great experience, a couple parts of my spot weren't move in ready but got taken care of within a week or two and everything has been great since then. clean nice building, with a good atmosphere and awesome rooftop

Ever since I moved here, I have been treated with the outmost respect by the Vue employees. From the managers to maintenance, I have always been assisted and helped when there have been any issues. It makes me feel safe knowing I am acknowledged, and that the managers genuinely care about the experience of their residents. Jamela, Bianca and Eduardo do an excellent job at accommodating the tenants and quickly resolving problems. At the end of the day, you want to live somewhere that feels like home. Between the welcoming lobby, rooftop deck, elevator and covered parking, I feel like I have it all in one place.

Management was very welcoming and pleasant, if I'm not mistaken her name is Bianca. She was very kind, and has great hospitality offered me snacks and beverages. The apartments are very clean and the rooftop is very beautiful I love that scenery up there(I do wish you guys had a pool though) overall everything looks great. I've been considering moving out and have been apartment searching and Vue is a place I might consider moving to everything isn't too far, the neighbors are very friendly and I love that the apartment is animal friendly too. Overall my experience was very good and look forward to coming back soon.

When searching for my apartment- I ran into a lot of hiccups with the whole covid shutdown going on....fortunately I came across Vue at Laurel Canyon and applied for residency...Bianca and Jameela (I may have butchered her name lol) helped me get in and went above and beyond to accommodate me...from speaking to the other tenants these past few weeks, I am confident I made a great choice....great management!

Great staff and love the roof top. Great place to eat and hang out. Beautiful view as well. Neighbors are friendly and property is very well kept. Any problems with the apartment and they get fixed right away. The area is great as well. We recently moved to LA from Orange County. It was a big move and was worried about the area not being safe but it's wonderful and very clean. Love it and would recommend to anyone looking to find a warm welcoming home.

Moved in 6 Months ago and have been loving it ever since. The Complex has seamlessly undergone positive upgrades and the quality is 10/10.

After a month of living in the building I have one thing to say..Wow! I love the units, the community and best of all Fred, the on site property manager. He is friendly, helpful and makes the complex feel like a home!!

When we first moved into this place, I felt good about living here but ran into a few hiccups along the way. However, the building is under new management and Fred has been so attentive to our needs. The redesign of the lobby, painting the property, the landscaping, the changes in the laundry room and more has all contributed to making this place worth living in. Moving can be a headache, but Fred made the process seamless and answered our questions promptly as tenants and now as former tenants. Honestly we would have stayed longer if we hadn’t relocated to Chicago. It’s the best living situation I had while living in LA for 6 years and I only wish we’d found the property and Fred sooner. Management is about 60% of your living experience and Fred does his part 100% of the time.

I’ve been at Vue Laurel Canyon for 6 months and I loved it up until the NEW MANAGEMENT. Doing Laundry has NEVER Been This Much of a Struggle . There is a Stupid Card We Have To Load With Money But We Can Only Load It During Office Hours . I Work! HOW am I supposed to make your ridiculous office hours every week? Now It is currently the weekend and I have Free Time To Go Into The Office during “scheduled hours” and NO ONE is There ! This is the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD with Attempting to do laundry ! #HatingNewManagement
