Came in on a Thursday to buy a few items. Cashier was not the usual friendly person. This one was rude and obviously lazy. I asked for lotto tickets, and he seemed bothered and said lotto was closed. Closed? He said yeah its closed. We can't sell lotto at this hour. Not any lotto at all? and he said no none. It was 10 pm, I knew there was a cutoff time on the day of the drawing, but it was Thursday, and there were no drawings on this day. I drove right after to another 7-11 & I bought my tickets there. So this cashier was just plain lazy. I really hope they don't keep him there. Bad customer service.

You would think with the rising cost of inflation that the people of 7-11 would be happy that someone would make purchase. At this location the customer is already wrong I would highly recommend that you not use this location. Since they are rude and clearly do not want your business giving them 1 star is being way to kind I wish I could get them 0 or negative. Stay away be ware!!

In the 7-Eleven world, I find this one to always be super clean friendly and well stocked! Even the fresh perishable goods always looks super appealing, crisp and cold!

I'VE GROWN UP COMING TO THIS 711 I MISS THE CHINO. HE WAS VERY KIND FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL THEESE NEW STAFF ARE SO CARELESS RUDE AND UNSANITARY. ESPECIALLY THE GIRL ALWAYS TOSSING MY THINGS AFTER SCANNING THEM. !
