Today I walked in to buy some items from 7-Eleven and the lady that was there was being very rude talking prices like if I really cared. The reason being is that I got some hot Cheetos and I wanted to add cheese and then she started saying it’s a dollar it’s a dollar and I said OK it’s fine. OK it’s fine. She told me about 4 to 5 times and I told her that it was fine that I didn’t care that I was gonna pay regardless the price it’s not like if it was gonna be $100. Very rude person. The thing that gets me more pissed off at this lady is that about two months ago there is a strong guy telling her stuff yelling at her and cussing at her and I helped the lady out and I got the guy out the 7-Eleven and when I mean by lady is the cashier I go to all three 711’s because I work locally at night so that day helped her out and today she’s being very rude telling me stuff like if I couldn’t afford a dollar but if I ever see her any issue, I hope she could figure it out on her own !

I love coming to this location they always have fresh coffee and a large variety of slurpees the frozen lemonade is my favorite. I do have a question in regards to a purchase I recently made I purchased a Apple gift card accidentally and I have no use can I return if I don't have my receipt? The funds are still there I was actually trying to purchase a Google play card.

The old lady cashier that one work on night shift must be fired she literally follows you and she accused you of stealing unbelievable she has a bad attitude never going back to that 7-eleven again I pay for my stuff and took off

The service is good in the morning but the lady who works at night is very rude always seem to have problems with her, and I know other people who say the same things.

Great place. Very clean. My go to 7/11 except for the time when I got accused of stealing AFTER I paid by the same cashier that rang me up. He refused to give me my things AFTER I had paid for them until I emptied my pockets. ? maybe learn proper etiquette? I still go there constantly tho. Just be careful they’re super paranoid.

The best and only 7-Eleven I want to go to. All their coffee machines work and are maintained and I'm so grateful for that. But even more importantly, The coffee stations are kept clean, love this place! Oh, and the people that work here are always so kind.

I had never felt so discriminated as I did when I went to this place. First of all the employees were not wearing masks or uniforms, when I asked for the slurpee cup I wanted they said they didn't have it and they were giving a cup with the wrong lid. I asked if I could have the lid for that cup they didn't understand and instead of trying to resolve the problem they started yelling in front of me and my son. They ended up telling me that they didn't want to sell me the cup just because they couldn't understand what I was asking.

I'm not sure the last time I was in a 7-Eleven this clean or well stocked with a good variety of all your classic 7-11 needs... The service here is friendly and personable and they even carry a fair amount of wine I'm impressed with not to mention all the SNACKS!!! Located on Van Nuys Blvd and Vose St across from the super deluxe McDonald's this is definitely one of those business chain locations you might miss, though being well lit and having a fair amount of parking might get you to spy this store of convenience. My only issue with this spot is not every single item has a price tag under it which can make buying that Lenny & Larry's cookie (all vegan) or bottle of Layer Cake wine conflicting.... But you know I still got it.
