DO NOT GO!!! This guy is a major scammer. Based on my experience tonight, and the previous reviews, this is a regular occurrence. I went for my free large slushie from T-Mobile Tuesdays and didn’t see the normal paper slushie cups, so I asked the guy if he had any large cups for the slushies and he directed me to the plastic cups. It was a very big cup, but I don’t work here, so I’m following his instructions. I even confirmed with him . Then I go to pay for it and he rings it up as an XL, which is NOT a large, so my reward code didn’t work. He then tried to force me to pay for HIS mistake, which I declined. I even offered to get the correct cup size, but that wasn’t good enough. He then started yelling at me and tried blaming me, so I put the drink on the counter and left, whole time being disrespected and reprimanded like a child. I will just have to go to one of the countless other 7-Elevens that have treated me like a human being.

Today I tried to buy a small coffee. I split the payment with .75 cents cash and the rest on the card. I had 2.09 on the card. I give the cashier the 0.75 and I swipe my card to pay the balance. He tells me that it didn't go through but my bank notified me that the 2.09 had been taken out of the card. The cashier then tells me that I still owe 0.50. I ask him how that was possible if I'm showing him that my bank has already authorized the entire amount. He gets agitated as soon as I try to show him my phone and then throws the change at my face. I honestly don't like coming to this 7-eleven and prefer going to the one on van nuys and kittridge but unfortunately this one was on the way to my destination. I didn't get the cashier's name but tbh I will never shop at the 7-eleven again. Don't go here. The sales associates are so rude. This happened at 12:26 pm. That cashier that was near the hot foods display is a thief

This guy tried to accuse me of stealing money out of his register because he didn’t know how to count 4/4 do a refund and then another purchase all in one transaction don’t confuse the guy at the register have these people that operate cashier registers at gas stations did not even graduate high school. He’s a clear example of somebody who didn’t and never followed up to even get his GED.

They never have anything in stock and always closed late hours. Is it because of the homeless?? Put dogs outside so homeless leave the area that's my suggestion

Went to buy a few things there today, and there's a giant sign in the window that says "must wear mask inside." That's good. I walk inside and the clerk is not even wearing a mask. Listen if they're going to not require masks, that their business; but in the very least don't be a hypocrite and tell others to wear masks when your employees won't.

They are liars, they stole some of my points and said said they didn't scan the points. They were messing with the app by taking the points and were deleting that they were scanned then took all the points that I worked hard to earn and were greatly reduced because of what they did

I don't know what was happening when I walked in. All I know is that this unwelcoming feeling came over me when the employee refused to make eye contact with me. I think he was doing something sketchy or on drugs. Definitely some weird messed up deal with a vendor/stick boy was going down when I came in. The guy refused to look me in my eye and I had to repeat myself when I spoke to him because he couldn't seem to understand why I was communicating to him. He seemed super high on something. I left with the strangest feeling I've ever felt post "customer service" SKETCHY and UNSAFE. Careful.
