Horrible service, the lady with the glasses is beyond rude! I was buying a homeless person a meal and he was asking what he wanted and she was very demeaning and mean asking rudely “do you have money!” So I told her I’ll pay for him and she sigh, where is the empathy. I come here to spend my money not to be treated rudely or see you treat others like you are better than them. Not coming back!

TL;DR: RUDE STAFF AND ILLEGAL ACTIVITY - STAY AWAY
Wow, it’s incredible reading the rest of these reviews and seeing the problems going back at least 4 years. The lady working the counter at 1:30pm on 4/18/2024 insulted me to my face, simply for asking her to grab 3 of the smokes, like I had originally asked for, in the most normal, simplest and kindest way possible. I’m thrown. And now, after seeing the other reviews about card skimming, I’m terrified she is going to target me as well.
I will sue 7-11 if anything happens to me because of this, make absolutely no mistake about that.
The problem has been consistently reported for years, and no changes have been made, so there is no reason to expect change. This place is not a legitimate business; they simply are hiding under the 7-11 brand.
As 7-11 has neglected to shut down this illegitimate business after years of documented illegal activity they are fully compliant in continuing the operation.
Again, I will sue if anything happens to me. To the manager who will see this and send me a copy pasted message about where I can express my concerns: go f yourself.
To anyone who was fortunate enough to stumble upon these reviews without having to deal with this store: STAY AWAY.

Somebody here used my food stamp card number. But I live in NC. Never had once been to CA or this place. They took more than $3000 .. left my kids without money to pay our groceries. Y’all need to start asking for id!!
