I was surprised this place had only one review and one star....and then I went in with my sister and realized exactly why this place had this rating. It is a blink and you will miss it auto supply shop located in the heart of Van Nuys one block from the courthouse. My sister wanted to replace the grill on her car before upgrading to a new car. Considering the damage would be a huge hit on a what a dealership would give her, she thought she could get a part for cheap and just have it exchanged before upgrading. After calling a bunch of auto supply spots, this place had the cheapest part.....and we discovered exactly why - It looks completely bootleg/inauthentic. She she wants to upgrade, she did not want to spend money for them to blantantly recognize that the part is not the same. The staff here were very unfriendly and the location itself was messy. My sister luckily examined the part before she left, realizing it was not as she expected. They were trying to bully my sister into purchasing the part stating that it would be more expensive elsewhere. Well of course it would be. She was trying to save money by coming here, but it definitely was not worth the hassle of dealing with the people here. As for me, I try to deal with the dealership directly 9 times out of 10, but i understand when you can't. My advice is if you are desperate come here, but be sure to examine the part in store to make sure it is exactly what you are looking for before you leave and cannot get a refund.
