Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We downsized and have been paying for waaaay too many lines... so I reached out asking how to remove/disconnect a number of them. Got no response for weeks. I submitted a support ticket, no response, called in and was told that I sent an email to the wrong department. So I send one to the correct department, still no response. We are months in at this point, my account manager says send a list of lines to disconnect and they'll take care of it. I do this, no response. I call again... am told again that they do not take support calls of this nature.. and to send a list. I lose my shit on them and finally get a call from a "new" account manager who acts like it is such a bother to have a call with me. I ask what the specific lines are for and she has no idea, no knowledge, and says she'll cancel the lines FOR A FEE!!! after all of the stress! So I explain that we should not have to pay a fee, especially after all of the hassle... and she NEVER REPLIES! I then have a chain of multiple departments, multiple managers, all of it... and still no responses. I send an email stating that our renewal has not started, not to mention they couldn't even give me an exact date of when the renewal was... I pulled up old emails saying we were told this date... they tell me no, that's not correct... so finally I say our contract is not to be renewed, let me know how to cancel. Immediately get some BS form about how to cancel, and an email saying "I hope you don't get the impression we don't want to retain you as a customer." To which I reply explaining why I 100% believe they have no concern whether or not they retain our business after YEARS of business and multiple years of paying for lines we do not use and cannot for the life of me disconnect. and wouldn't you know... they didn't respond. As of now we are canceling and I am just praying they don't make it so we lose our business phone number. They are the absolute worst. No accountability. No shame. The only person to ever pick up the phone and call was a total mess and should not be employed anywhere that requires her to speak on a phone. I wish I could take away stars for this review. They literally have given me a panic attack with all the round and round and bull they try to say. DO NOT use this company. I have no idea how they are in business. Also, other reviews mention the calls dropping. I didn't realize this was due to Airespring, but now reading the other reviews, we definitely had the same issues. Many times. and it makes me despise the company even more. The most anyone of authority seemed to do is forward my emails to other departments and say "can someone please call this client?" and no one would.... then it happens another time or two and I'm thinking "why don't YOU pick up a phone and call me??" Such a mess. I could go on for hours or days... considering it's been months of just trying to cancel. Just insane. All of it. And then the nerve to charge for disconnecting lines... WHEN WE ARE UP FOR RENEWAL IN .... well ... I don't even know because they don't seem to know when our contract is due to renew, and the renewal forms don't have dates or any info, and when I give the info that was last told to us I am told it's incorrect... just dumb. All of it.

This company’s sales person lied about the amount of taxes and fees that they charge ($40 + increase from Comcast’s taxes/fees) and did not mention in contract negotiations that they charge rental fees for the phone system and modem which was another $65 added to the bill. They also sent us faulty equipment which we had to pay the install contractor another day’s wages to fix. So far we’ve had several dropped call issues. I can’t wait to not renew our contact.

Customers often tell me they haven’t been able to reach me due to “number not in service” issues. That is, if they’re ever eventually able to reach me. I’ve even had a competitor whom I’m friendly with tell Ms sometimes switched to them since they couldn’t reach me. Airespring didn’t seem concerned and wasn’t willing to do more than give me my money back for about a day’s worth of service even though it was going on far longer and multiple times. They also have sketchy contracts. Stay away.

Not be unfair as President and CEO of my company I approved changing services from ATT to Airspring I trusted them and the their pitch. By the most part they have been ok although lately many issues have surfaced.Fortunately, I never had to personally get involved with phone issues but I wanted to help our team since this is our culture as a company. After no response or resolutions, I was transferred several times throughout their escalation points. I ever got answers and when I did it was from an INDIAN call center a tear 2 tech, for the life of me I could not understand the gentleman, his supervisor even less at that location. I then spoke to a Dominick McGee who in the tech department USA he told me to go with a small screw driver in our data room and unhook certain wires to reset the lines. I could not believe this although apprehensive I complied. I reached the data room in our offices and I had no clue what to do since he never called me with instructions he said he would share. ATT memories came to light once again, no difference. I decided to call their leadership, calm collective and very surprised and was placed on hold for over 19 minutes before they decided to not respond, they were busy and hung up. Bottom line, it is so unfortunate to see our country and our pride erode with such bad service and indifference. This while the on hold recorded message was playing: never on hold at Airpring, Best customer retention, immediate service, Caring customer service and other gas words that are just that gas... Never thought this would be the case when we joined Airspring company. Truly disappointing. Buyer beware!!!

Absolutely terrible company when it comes to ending the contract. Horrible experience! First of all, as the contract was nearing its end they started pressuring us into resigning. The emails started getting more tough as the end came near. We switched to ATT and we scheduled a shut off time specifically for a date. They "accidentally shut our service off a week early. Then we got it turned back on later that day. Now they are charging us for the router $850 dollars because they have not received it back yet. We have 30 days from the time it ended to return it. It has been 15 days at most, and our shipping tracker shows it out for delivery today. Basically, not a good company. DO NOT USE THEM. We were paying $850 per month for 3 years, now we pay under $200 for att with 10x the speed.

Unfortunately there's not a positive experience to date. You cannot reach an actual individual on the phone. Account Managers change regularly and there's no communication back to the client. When you request phone meetings, all you get are emails and zero action to the actual need. Additionally, you'll wait for days to get the email that gets you no where. I've had poor professional service but this group takes the cake.

If I could give them a O I would. The worst customer experience by far I have ever experienced. Please never get involved with this company. Missed due date, lack of responses from all layers of the company. Run as fast as you can to another provider

Garbage business with a horrible product and pathetic, unapologetic customer service. Let's not forget they cost a knife arm and a leg. Cancel your business account and be prepared for thousands of dollars of BS charges. If you hate your business then sign them up for an Airespring account. Literally the worst ever.

Terrible experience they brag about customer service and when there's a problem they want you to diagnose it , they don't have anyone that does field work. I can't remember a worse company to work with! Every 5 star rating you may see must be fake.

If you like being ripped off and lose hundreds of dollars a month then this company is definitely for you!! What a scam of a company!!! Zero service, zero accountability, zero zero zero everything. Honestly will probably take this company to court for all their incredibly outrageous charges that make no sense. If you have any other option, even hiring the pony express, i'd go that route before hiring this company. Garbage galore!

Had a T1 circuit far longer than we should have ($279/mo overpay for 1.5mbps). They insist we return the ancient T1 router or they will charge us $850 for something that is $50 or less on ebay. No one even uses T1 anymore. Pure greed policy and not reasonable at all. I wrote in about this before they charged me and they never bothered to reply. Update: Rep called me and erased fees. So they get upgraded to 4 stars for having some people that care. They blamed automated procedures and software which sounds reasonable. Wanted to know email that didn't respond to look into fixing this problem in future. Happy with end result.

AireSpring employees are extremely smart, knowledgeable, willing to go the extra mile. They have the patience of a saint. Their staff worked diligently with myself, our phone vendor and our IT team and went over and above every single time we asked them to do something. You guys truly understand what customer service means. The business world needs more companies like AireSpring.
