Dishonest. I came in here cause my phone was stolen and I had to get a new phone which was fine. I declined the extra warranty plan but they still added it to my account anyways and you don't realize until a couple months when they bills roll in, that it's more than what they said and you see they snuck on the warranty without permission. Intergrity goes a long ways.

Went in for an upgrade and Joe gave me a great deal and gave me a work discount, I didn't know AT&T sold Fiber internet so he signed me up for that as well. I highly recommend this store and the person that helped me out today.

Sold me "lifetime replacement glasses " but didn't notice me about it will cost 8$ for each time replacement. I would NOT buy it if I knew . Got scammed in AT&T.

Eddie and his staff are wonderful! Eddie was able to help me resolve a huge mix up with At&t and calm me down. He's a wonderful manager and team player. At&t is lucky to have him! I will be letting Texas know they have big shoes to fill from our awesome Cali rep! Thank you so much again!

The employees act like their rank and hierarchy is more important than helping the customers. The manager eddie is rude and unwelcoming, and it seems he is hazing has his new trainee with servitud by having him greet me and inquire about my issue when he (eddie) wasnt busy to begin with. He didnt make any communication with me until it came time to suggest i upgrade to a new phone which meant more debt $$$ and or a larger balance. they act like a high school click who cares more about hanging out with each other than helping customers. when you walk in it seems as though you are inconveniencing them by making the store more busy than it was before you came in. It was dead and it filled up with customers seconds after i arrived. I needed a few minutes to think about my options but when i returned for help i was completely ignored or rudely turned away because everyone was busy. I get it but be communicative with waiting customers, ensure them that you will hp them or will be returning to help them. I walked away.

I went in to get my iPhone activated today, and the employee who helped me charged me $20 CASH to transfer my old information onto the new phone. I asked for a receipt, and he would not give me one. I insisted, and he gave me a receipt for a $19 piece of hardware that I didn't buy. I asked what the deal was with the bogus receipt, and he insisted that this is a $20 Service Fee that all AT&T retailers charge. When I got home I called just ONE other location, and guess what? They don't charge a thing. I was targeted and cheated out of $20. I will return to name the employee who took my money. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

If there was a no-star option, I would have given them no stars. Don't waste your time coming to this location and would actually recommend looking for another AT&T location. Enrique needs to be re-evaluated on his customer service "skills". He refused to answer a simple question because my brother was not an authorized user according to them, which he was. We have been with AT&T for 25 years, and by far, this was the worst experience ever. I don't know if it is because they are an authorized retailer, but AT&T corporate needs to know that customers are being turned away without even getting basic questions answered. Eddie the manager assisted him after our second visit within 10 minutes because they needed the account holder present, only to explain that if we called customer service, we could have gotten our questions answered, but if we come in person, an ID is required. Make it make sense please. There was no transaction, just a simple availability inquiry for the new iPhone. Enrique BLATANTLY refused to answer my brother's question. Sorry to this man and to this whole team.

Props to Eddie P. who was so patient and understanding as we worked to resolve my account issues. I have been meaning to post this review for a while (better late than never). I have been so busy but the experience I had at this store was so amazing that I had to share. About 3 weeks ago, I scheduled an appointment at 11:30 AM at the AT&T in Roscoe Blvd, I arrived at 11:00 AM and I noticed a long line had formed, it appeared that the store had not opened. The manager was there but did not have the consideration of letting people know of any delays (I would have at least put up a note at the door). At 11:30 I asked the security guard as he was exiting the store, if they were going to be opening. He stated he it will be around 12:30 PM before but did not give an explanation. I suggested putting a note so people aren't waiting around wondering. He said, he does not work at the store and that's the managers responsibility. I decided to head to the AT&T at Saticoy St. and right as I enter the store I am greeted by Eddie welcoming me. Eddie was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I ordered 3 phones and added a new line to my account. Although, this store is further from my house, I'm making this my preferred store. I highly recommend this store!!!!

I bought a phone from this location and it was delivered to my house the next day. Ilsy placed my order and went through all the deals I could take advantage of. She was very polite and helpful. She made my visit and transaction very easy! Thank you very much for your help Ilsy! A couple of days later I had some trouble setting up my phone so I went back to the store. Enrique was WONDERFUL! He was so helpful and super patient! He was very nice and funny too! He was definitely a life saver! I was so grateful for all of his help! I can't say enough nice things about him. Everyone should go to this location and see Enrique! This AT&T store is lucky to have such a great employee! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU ENRIQUE!!!

I wanted to get an upgrade and a watch, I was very nervous about it because it has been a few years and I was worried about the price! Enrique and the manager I didn't get his name we're both very nice and helpful! Enrique took his time to find me a great deal and also to help me set up my phone and watch! He was professional and courteous! I honestly appreciate it so much and thank you!!!

Let me start off by saying RUN! As Eddie the worst customer service rep said: "This is a retail store". Went to an ATT corporate store on Sepulveda and they took care of me painlessly. My upgrade to a Note 20 Ultra started really well when I dealt with the girl that works there. She gave me great customer service and when not sure of something she called someone who was. I was to bring back my note 8 after I downloaded all my pics and files but when I came back to turn my phone in for the trade in promo to get $1,000 in credits Eddie said I was past the 14 days I had to turn the phone in. I was pretty sure it was 30 days but not 100% so I called ATT the next day and guess what? They confirmed it was 30 days. The 14 days is the amount of time you have to return the new phone if you didn't like it or just don't want it. ATT made notes in the system so when I went back to the store they would take my phone without issues. They also said if they didn't want to take it to have them call the loyalty department. Guess what?! Wonderful Eddie did not want to take my phone again. On top of everything when I told him to call the loyalty department he replied: " I don't have to call anyone". As far as I know it is 14 days to turn your phone in. This is the kind of customer service you will get from Eddie. Even after loking at the notes under my account he still didn't want to take it. This is the worst upgrade experience I've ever had. I will never go to this store again. Go to a corporate store and save yourself the headache. No wonder this store has terrible reviews both on yelp and ATT website.

This is the best store I’ve been to. I was a Verizon customer and decided to switch over because of Rafael and Melonie. Perfect example of quality customer service!
