Jacolby from AT&T Store at 17288 Saticoy St. delivers excellent customer service. He was so helpful and patient dealing with me and made everything easy for me to understand. I will still be back to this store for my future needs on telephone service.

Eddie was extremely rude he made me wait for 3 hours outside of store after the second day I went in. He was completely disrespectful and I was completely overwhelmed with anxiety and extreme pain I told him and showed him I had broken ribs I showed him and then asked him to let me sit down and he refused and said it's for costumers but what was i? After watching 6 people get in line in front of me I was so ashamed to even use this store I'll be calling corporate

A lovely young man named Colby was at the AT&T store in Ralph's Plaza, Saticoy and Louise this morning. He was by himself. After he finished with the customer he was helping, he helped me. Colby is the employee you want. Unfailingly polite, pleasant, and he fixed not one but two issues with my phone. I was in and out in no time, with my SIM Card replaced as well as a new glass cover that I brought in. This is service! Take note AT&T, Colby is a great asset!

Recently, I went in for assistance with my new phone activation, I was having trouble porting my phone and line. I was help by the staff members that day. They were patient and understanding, and went above and beyond to assist with my problem. I don't change carriers often so I really appreciated the help.
