We had a very good experience with Auto Aid Collision after an auto accident that totaled our car 400 miles from our home. We had no idea where to have the car towed, so it was a life saver that they handled it. They arranged a quick tow and storage of our car until the insurance company was able to remove it. They stayed late for us when they got word that we needed help and would be arriving after their normal closing time. Special thanks to Jenny who was so calming and reassuring to us. And thanks to Alex who helped get us there and to our destination once our car was towed to the shop.

I truly cannot thank Auto Aid Collision enough for all of the help they provided after I was rear ended the day before my husband and I moved out of the valley. The day of the accident Michael pulled over, stopped, and actually helped us work things out with our insurance so we could get my car towed to the shop.
Selena was extremely kind and provided us updates with our car. She was very attentive to any questions or concerns we had regarding the repairs. On the day we picked up our car, Franklin cleaned our interior so well that it looked like a brand new car by the time we drove off.
We cannot thank Auto Aid Collision enough for helping us during what was already an extremely stressful time.

Selena and Michael were both great. Really helped me in desperate times. I got into an accident and was going through a long process with my insurance. They made sure the whole thing went as smooth as possible and cared about my experience.

I have used Auto Aid services 2 times now (both times for my BMW M3 accident). Each and every-time, they go above and beyond to make sure I am happy. My car has a frozen black colour and I only trust this shop to do any body work. They do the best paint job and ensured that the paint matched. They are good at mechanical work too. Everyone in shop is very supportive and flexible. Special shout out to Selena, Jenny, Mike and the team at Auto Aid. I wish them all the best.

Nice people, reasonable price, on-time completion, and great job on repair. Couldn't ask for anything more from a body shop!! I dealt with Selena for the most part, and she was great, as were the others I dealt with.
