When my car broke down at the end of the day. Steve worked with me to get the car to him and arranged a rental car with minutes to spare. Although, the repair needed was not as bad as they quoted. They said my main ecm was bad and needed replacement and wanted over a thousand dollars. I obtain a second opinion and the ecm was not bad just needed to be rebooted and only cost 625.00 for ecm rebooted, new spark plugs, injectors cleaned, new rooters, oil change and fixed my head light . I can say there customer service was excellent but tried to charge for work not needed

The staff at Auto Aid are thorough, Detailed, and honest. They explained what's needed on my car and what can wait which I appreciate. They're also very honest friendly and efficient. I recommend this place to my friends and anyone who needs their car serviced. Great prices too.

I took my car in for rear brake pad & rotor replacement recently. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The service itself was quick and far less expensive than I was quoted at another spot. I’ll be returning for future services! Thanks guys!

Great costumer service . Everyone was so kind . The diagnostic check was $100 less than the KIA dealership . They explained everything thoroughly. I didn’t feel pressured to fix everything they diagnosed . The price a little steep for me , however it was a lot of work quoted . Thank you .

I brought my 2004 Chevrolet trailblazer for change of its R&R Engine Oil & Filter, and the pricing was reasonable, servicing was excellent and amazingly Trustworthy. A scheduled maintenance was taken care of while I waited. As the car was being worked on I was made aware of the progress of the work, and was kept appraised of any issues that needed attention. The cabin air filter needed replacing, but the work wasn't done until I was shown the old filter and could see that it was the right decision.

AutoAid does a fantastic job. They are honest, respectful of our time, and are sure to consider how quickly we need the car returned to service.
Less expensive than the dealership and my daughter is comfortable picking up her car from them.
