so the Toyota highlander had a simple headlight problem and i ve needed a help from the store workers to put the new headlight.Store manager Anika helped without any hesitation and she was fast and solved the problem quickly I respected this beautiful girl doin even mechanical problem without taking my $20 tip i was even insisted to give tip buy she didn't take it ,thanks Anita community needs this kind of worker God bless

Came in this morning to get motor oil and a filter for an oil change and walked out with the best deal possible of the oil, filter and an air filter too. Soheil the tech who attended me saved me about $25 by informing me of this deal for all three items, which I didn’t know about. His customer service is way above the normal than I have ever gotten anywhere I’ve shopped. I really appreciate him being informative and as nice as he was, a definite plus for this store. Thank you Soheil for making me a very happy customer today.

the most unhelpful and rude staff. asked if they could help test and change out my battery and they said no, that no autozone is allowed to do that & they were understaffed. 4 employees were in the store doing nothing & there were no other customers but me. been going to autozone for 30 years and have had several employees help over that chunk of time.
don't even try this location. go to the other one on van nuys - most helpful and respectful staff!

My husband likes to go shopping there because many pieces he buys have a warranty and he has no problems when changing them, and when he doesn't have the piece there in the store he buys it online without a problem.

Anderson is the best! Not only was he able to fix my broken remote, but knew and recommended products to solve other issues I'd been having. I appreciated how knowledgeable, patient, and kind he was and am going to make this "my" auto zone from now on.

Anderson helped replacing key for battery. He was very kind and helpful. He knows what he’s doing he even tried explaining to me how it’s done. very nice guy
