Pitifully understaffed. A real lack of service for business clients. Get your shit together.

Understaffed. 6 teller stations but only 1-2 tellers. Every customer takes about 5 minutes with a 2 minute break in between. Never seen so many complicated transactions in my life. Literally watched a full episode on my phone while waiting.

I had to give up on B of A. Understaffing and incompetence. And they don't seem to understand why customers get pissed off.

Worst location ever. They can never cash a check and come with complete lies like we can't verify it. But the Bank of America down the street process it fast and easy. If you are of color they will treat you differently. Do not go to this bank big waste of time.

The men working at this location are incredibly rude, the male with the big nose & Karo as well. I guess it takes too much energy to be kind, it's your job- CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This bank I've never had problems with customer service, the people who work here are friendly, but if you use atm machine beware! Some work and some you're card gets stuck or you're money won't come out! They'll fix it for you if you call, but who has time for this!

I scheduled an appointment for 10 AM arrived on time and waited till 10.15, then the person who was supposed to assist me finally came out from his office and started to assist a person that was just arrived! Waited another 10 minutes and then I left the branch complaining that that was completely unacceptable! Stay away from this branch, the worst customer care ever!

Zero stars. Complete and total incompetence. There are two tellers working and the line is 15 people deep. Yet, they have two people at an information booth which no one is using. I live just down the street and I will never return to this place.

I had $14,580 stolen from my B of A account, out of the ATM at the Northridge location. I filed a claim with B of A, & it has now been rejected 5 times!!! I was in Maui from Oct 7th. 2021 until Jan. 24th 2022. Between Oct. 7th & Oct. 21st, someone withdrew $14,580 out of this branches ATM, despite the fact that I was 2,500 miles away, in Maui...and so was my debit card. I provided the bank with my boarding pass, credit union statement from the time-frame this fraud took place, and all sorts of other info to prove I was 2,500 miles away while this occurred....and it's still being denied?!?!?! Clearly someone had a skimmer on their ATM machine & stole all my info, made a copy of my debit card, and withdrew all my $. I wouldn't be surprised if a bank employee was in on this scheme either, considering how absolutely useless the employees have been in helping me. They're very clearly hiding something & don't want to get caught. Not 1 fraud alert. Not 1 notification. Nothing???? Now the bank has repeatedly denied my claim, so my only option is to absolutely obliterate B of A via every avenue possible (social media, news outlets, etc.). I have also contacted a lawyer, so I will be coming for B of A in court, for far more than the $14,580 that has been stolen from me. Bank of America are a bunch of criminals & frauds, and if you choose to bank with them, be prepared to regret your decision. You'd be better off going to any other bank that isn't a B of A. This wouldn't happen at any other bank except a B of A, because B of A is basically a criminal organization that is getting away with fraud, amongst a slew of other things. Their claim department is living in the 90's. They only receive your info via fax or if you mail them q letter...no emails, no phone calls, NOTHING! HOW IS THA POSSIBLE?!?!? I've spoken with the claim department call center who literally tells me "That's the way we do it. We don't even speak with the people who work on the claims." -- What this tells me is that B of A absolutely does not care about it's customers, nor making things right should something happen to you like it did me. They are q despicable group of cowards who need to be taught a very very valuable lesson, and I plan on doing that, in court. Bank of America, you should be absolutely disgusted and ashamed with yourselves! You have no integrity or honor & every location deserves to be shut down immediately!!! I will bo posting a similar review on every single B of A location across the United States to make sure everyone knows not to do business with B of A. They have gone as far as trying to have my reviews removed, but I will not stop until they have to answer for what they've done.

I am currently in line to get in which has been 15 minutes and probably going to take longer. They only have one teller working at this location. This is the worse waiting time ive been to get in a bank.

Well I'm glad to announce that the smile under the masks have returned here at the Best staffed B of A in town. This place is such a warm and friendly staff. By far the nicest person has got to be the one lady that works behind the counter. You know the one, (ALL OF THEM). Patrick is super helpful and was instrumental in helping me open my account there. Such a patient gentleman. I leave happy after every interaction I have in that building, to be honest when they closed for a few weeks a month ago, I ran into one of the employees at a different branch and felt like I was visiting a friend. (In jail maybe because of the glass separating us, J/K on the jail thing). Come to this branch, and enjoy your experience. But try not to come between 3-4pm since that's when I like to go.

Marlin Gomez, the branch manager, needs to get it together!! Especially during this weird time. There's literally 50 people waiting and 2 tellers. Come on now, you've got to be kidding me. I'm sure all positions in the bank can help when there's a line this long. Learn how to use the manpower you have correctly and be productive. Then hire, hire, hire!!

Do not use their ATM!I withdrawal some money from one account and deposited to another account using the same ATM machine, 3 mins apart to be exact. First off, When I deposited cash back into my account , it didn't accept one of the $50 bill that I just received from that machine. Second , when I got home and checked my online banking, no activities showed up on my account. Meaning all the money that I deposited was not there!

How is it that this entire branch is extremely incompetent? I keep making the mistake of coming here as it's the closest BofA to me. So this is really my own fault for not taking the extra step to drive to another location where the employees actually know what they are doing. For starters the tellers are rude and lack basic costumer service etiquette. To go along with that at any given time you will have one employee telling you one thing and another telling you something entirely different. Every single BofA I have been to, to cash my checks (that are payable through Bank Of America by the way) will cash my checks without problem. However this particularly lovely branch can't make up its mind on what it wants to do. Some days you can cash with no problems, other days you cannot cash at all if you don't have an account. And now suddenly you have to have your check verified (even though they have never done this before ) and they claim it's the way things have always been. Don't be like me, travel the extra distance to the next BofA and save yourself the irritation of being here.
