I've been to many BoA locations, and you won't find a better manager than the one who's located at Woodman Avenue and Sherman Way in Van Nuys. Joni goes out of her way be helpful, she's warm and approachable, and she truly understands what it means to be committed to providing exceptional customer service. This particular location has a very professional atmosphere whenever she is in charge, which is a clear testament to the leadership she provides. I've been a BoA customer - both personally and professionally - for many years, and I've never written a review about any other Manager, but I'm doing so today not because I was asked, but rather because I believe in acknowledging someone's efforts when they warrant it. If more Managers, including the other Manager at this location, followed her example, I suspect the bank would have a much higher star rating.

This bank is very flaky and unprofessional. It is constantly changing its schedule. Different times, different days. Sometimes they open on Saturdays sometimes they don't.Like someone else said they only have about 2 windows open even when there is a long line. I don't know why they insist on being so unreliable and understaffed. It's almost as if they want to lose your business. ?

I happened to have a great experience with opening an account here. I walked in, they didn’t have an appointment that day, but the next day I literally walked into my appointment, with no waiting! Ani was an amazing advisor! Thank you BOA!

they are slow as fock here. could be any time of the day. cashier clerks its always like 2 and then they got like other 3 employees just sitting on their desk.

Did not encash my check, other branches has no problem in cashing in a personal check that is payable to Cash.

The worst Bank of America office. Waited about 40 minutes with no success. Just gave up, and went another one.

Terrible experience. Only 2 tellers on a Friday with 20+ people in line and waiting outside in 100 degree weather. This bank needs to take care of this issue asap !

39 people in line... 2 tellers. BOYYYY they have 20 employees meeting with people for loans. So basically, unless you are here to take out a $700,000 home loan, expect to wait like the piece of crap Bank of America thinks you are.

If I could give zero stars I would. The absolute slowest service you will ever experience. Waited in like for 30 minutes. 1 teller. Understaffed and poorly managed. Bank of America is too big not to employee more people and give better service.

Not usually one to post reviews, but my visit here to this location was terrible. The manager Joni was super loud and obnoxious to every customer that walked in. She humiliated several people in line asking them in front of the whole bank if they wanted to cash a check they're available balance had to be more than the check. She would proceed to ask this abrasively in front of everyone. A couple people left and you can just tell they were upset that she was asking in that manner. When it came to me she was very rude and didn't ask if I had more available balance to cash a check. She assumed I didn't, which I did. But it may not be the case for everyone. She said "well you have to have more" I said I do she walked away. Not only that but she turned away several guests telling them she could not perform what they were there for. And she continuously said to multiple people "I ONLY HAVE ONE TELLER TODAY SO UR GONNA HAVE TO WAIT, I mean it will be smarter to use the atm" it wasn't what she said it was the way she said it. She was flustered running around everywhere. Idk being in the customer service industry myself, I was appalled.

I loved my experience here. Regina is the best of the best. I've been to many banks and she is one of a kind. Her personality and expertise makes me actually want to go to the bank. The entire staff including security welcomes clients and makes the experience memorable. Thank you Regina!!
