Thought I'd give an online order a try because I can't find middle eastern/Mediterranean type items anywhere less than 4 hours of where I live (WA). They immediately called me to give me options for something that had gone out of stock after I placed my order. The order shipped and arrived super fast and all the glass jar items were very well wrapped and protected. They have stayed in contact with me regarding out of stock items and offered me options. I am extremely happy and will definitely order from them again!

Ok, I'm writing this review because the store doesn't have many reviews and (I thought, at least) seems like it could be a scam. NOPE! If you like Mediterranean food, this is the place to go. Their stuff is SO cheap, and brands that I buy in our international markets at home. Shipping was pretty quick, considering I ordered things for Christmas, and when there was an item left out of my order, it was replaced with no issue. Check them out, you won't regret it!

I am very satisfied with the quality of their products, their shipping speed, and varify of products they carry.I am not at all satisfied with their customer service. Two items are missing in my last order, yet I was charged! I have called their contact number three times. Had to leave a voicemail since no person answered the call. I emailed them three times...no respond as of yet!I am not happy to write this review for such a quality online shoping company. It would help thir image if at least they would respond to thir customers inquiry.UPDATE....It is over a week since I notified them about my missing items (yet charged!), still no response from them. NOT GOOD AT ALL!!Update 9/22/23Better late than never!II received a response today, they promised to look into my claim.Update 9/25/23They resent all the missing items. Thank you Bidmeshk!

Best Persian Grocery experience. Great prices, quick shipping, and great customer service. We are grateful to have Bidmeshk deliver Persian goods to us for free (orders above $200) as the closest Persian grocery store is 4 hours away.

I ordered from them online, but what a great experience. Would love to 1 day be able to visit the shop, but in the mean time, they ship all around the country and prices for products as well as shipping are extremely reasonable. Everything I ordered arrived prompt and packaged so that it would arrive undamaged. I highly recommend anyone to order / buy from this company. I will surely become a regular.
