The women there are the worst. They don't help, they ignore you and talk on their phones, they are passive aggressive and make me want to cry. It was good but now the staff change is the worst. The young women there just want to do anything but work.

I started with Boost mobile 2008. I had a true unlimited plan! A few years ago, some guy in the Philippines decided to change my unlimited plan to an unlimited plan with limits. From there, the service was awful! It got so bad they gave 1 month for free. Even free wasn't worth free. So I changed over to Mint mobile "T Mobile" , I have better service and reception. I plan on having a long-term relationship with Mint mobile.

When I came to the store 2 associates doesn’t give me any welcome. I need to buy plan . And Eric with “poker face” started rolling his yes and askMe what I want…. I asked SIM card with simple plan…. And he started install it …… 30!!!!!minutes hi was seating with my phone and “trying” to understand why sim does not work. After 40 minutes I left this store with no results! Just because on my question “How ling does it take more ?” He answered fast and quick aid don’t have time toWait I will cancel !!! And did not get me chance to answer cancelAll transactions and let me go without noting!If manager will read it ! Please provide to Eric good manner and professionalism.Thank you
