People can't do their jobs. I talked to the bank office on the phone for two hours to carry out a transaction through Zele for a small amount, and I was asked right now to confirm my identity to enter the bank branch so that a bank employee would call and confirm my identity. At the window, the employees, as well as the hall employee, kicked me off and said that you generally need to make an appointment with another employee for an experience the next day. Although they just checked my ID to change my phone number. They cannot call the bank office number to confirm my identity, but they can change my phone number.

The Chase Bank is good with great service except the one in Van Nuys location. The amount of cash advance was more than what I should’ve requested so it got denied and I wanted to get correct amount but the bank teller and her manger misrepresented me then asked me to go another Chase bank because you can not apply for cash advance more than once a day. I believe because of my disability that I was asked to go another Chase Bank. I feel the the bank singled me out. Not a good customer satisfaction from this location mostly come to do a transaction .

I had a terrible experience at Chase Bank in Van Nuys. I went in to open a joint account because you cannot do that online. I was told to wait for the next available person to help me. However, the person who was available helped three people who just walked in, without even looking my way. They did not have an appointment and were just walk-ins. I felt completely ignored and disrespected. It was clear that my time and business were not valued. To make matters worse, the staff was unapologetic and seemed indifferent to my frustration. Overall, I would not recommend Chase Bank in Van Nuys, as they clearly do not prioritize customer service or value their customers' time.

There’s always a 30 minute wait here no matter when you go. Unfortunately it’s down the street from my work . only 2 tellers no matter how busy they are.

This has to be the worst experience I've had with the Chase brand all together. I have been calling for 3 fuckin days straight trying to speak to someone at this branch and absolutely no one gives a f*** to pick up the phone.

Went in to open a joint bank account had to set up an appointment about 1 week in advance as these times are busy. Came in and we were greeted by Erik, the gentleman that we had our appointment with. He was very attentive, friendly, and most of all helpful. He answered all of our questions and streamlined the process for opening the account and explaining each step as needed. I’m glad to have Chase in my corner for all of my banking needs.

I pretty much avoid going inside banks as much as I can; as often feel that I am being treated like a criminal over my own money. I’ve visited this location regularly for the last two years for cashiers check, coins, etc. I have yet to have a bad experience. The tellers are always very polite and they take care of my requests with no issues. This is the only location I feel comfortable going into for services. If you think about it that’s really sad but keep up the good work guys!
