horrible customer service claims theres no one available to open an account for me. but helped several other people when i got in before them. worst experience ive had in a while. DO NOT BANK WITH THIS BANK !

My experience with Chase Bank has always a very good one! I've found the staff to excellent in being able to explain the details, and will help set and reach financial goals. Van Nuys, Jose S. is excellent! Great job Chase!

I was told that the bank on 7108 Sepulveda was closed.I looked online. It stated it was opened. I even called the 800 number. Stated it was opened - I think they too looked online.Circles around and round in heavy traffic, and dis not see it.Found another one.

This branch is not helpful at all. Last week on 7/30/22 i stopped by to see if a teller could help me to open a credit card but one of the workers from that branch told me that I need to make an appointment to see a banker. Are you serious ??? Since when do we need to make an appointment?? What happened to walk ins?? If chase is really desperate to open credit cards help the customers! I used to work for chase in bell gardens. We never did that and we always get Gold ratings . Keep this up chase and someday you won’t have more customers.another thing the line in this bank is soooo terrible. I’ve waited almost 1 hour!!! What is wrong with this branch. Look at the picture I posted if you don’t believe me.

First time visit first impression. Great Bank friendly staff quiet environment plenty of parking and professional banker's. Mr Serrano has been very informative and resourceful and helpful in our time of desperation and need. He took all his 100% time to include us in between his appointments.Thx again!!!!Ps thx for the pens ?️ lolMario

I will not wonder why this branch has poor rating. I want to do this while it's still fresh. I set an appointment to open an account for Tue and he called me to resched for Wednesday morning which is fine. Usually when you try to set up an appointment, you will receive an appointment confirmation via email or text. I received nothing but I trusted the guy to see me. Morning comes, he called at 9ish and confirm our appt at 10. I told him I was waiting for the email but I'll definitely go there. He Didn't even confirm an address so I went to a branch sepulveda (near mission) only to find out that I have no appointment. In fairness to that branch, they tried to help me locate the branch that the banker used but it's not showing up on the main list of chase bank. I have to find it out myself to locate where the banker is. I keep on calling the number he used but he didn't pick up. I even called the bank itself but no answer to give at least a courtesy call of what happened. I called several times while im on my way thereS So I just tried out my luck and went to the other branch like 15 mins late due to the confusion. This banker Jose guy deserves 0 rating. He didn't even talk to me and just told the other staff to reschedule. C'mon! I know I was late but it's an error that can be avoided only if I received a confirmation email on where I'm going. I cancelled and didn't see my patient for today just for this and this kind of customer service is what I got. And first time to open an account with them too. Never again will I go to this branch. Only the receptionist there is kind enough to give me a list of branches where I could call and set the appointment as I needed it to be done today. Very disappointing and very unprofessional. Sorry but not so sorry. I either do a very good review or the other and unfortunately, this branch falls on the bad review category.

This bank has given me nothing but issues! They will lie to your face. This bank has already costed my soo much of my time and money. Management try to help, but ultimately fail in every aspect. No one should ever go to this branch, unless they want to lose there cash like me

Giving this bank one star is too much credit. From the manager to the people jist walking around they are careless about anyone's needs. The bank was empty when I came in to do a wire for an escrow closing of out home. First of all, I never waste my time comig to the bank bit I couldn't do the wire from my laptop or my cell phone so I had no choice. Customers are not important here unless you're applying for a credit card or a loan. To this branch customers are an inconvenience. At the end I had a manager help me but it didn't change anything.
