This place sucks and I'm a major fan of chipotle. Its always dirty and the worst part is the staff is super RUDE. They get angry that we exist and pay for food. They always make it the work experience ever. They huff and puff and roll their eyes and even the cashier rolled her eyes at me when she messed up the order like it was my fault. She actually tried to argue with me. I had a horrible rough day at work and the last thing I want is my lunch break to suck because these employees are hating their job. I mean seriously? Its not our fault. The sad part is I am a regular and I gave them chance after chance and every time I come in they are rude to me and my husband. I was hoping things would get better but this has been going on for over a year. Someone needs to do something....

I came into this location 30 minutes before close. They had already put away all of the sauces, toppings, and had no meat (besides a little chicken). I get that it’s close to closing time (11:00pm) but 30 minutes till and you have no food? If they want to put everything away by 10:30 pm, then their location hours should say 10:30 pm. Doesn’t help to say you’re open until 11 but be able to serve no one. Id understand 10, maayybe 15 mins prior. But half an hour? No.

I ordered a bowl with no rice and they put just 1/4 a cup of lettuce in it. I guess that is my fault for not calling them out on it. When I got to the register the guy just asked monotonously "for here or to-go"? I politely said "to-go". He then turned and started a conversation with lady next to him and I guess as I was figuring out the paypad he put the receipt in the bag. I stood there stupidly for a couple minutes, and the. The lady rudely says "can I help you?" Like I hadn't been standing there the whole time. I replied "is that it? The transaction went through?" She looked over and said "uh, yeah it went through". I then said "oh no receipt then..." she then said " it should be in the bag" I walked away and they didn't even bother to say anything else. The bowl that I got ended up being super cold. Find another chipotle spot.This one sucks.

Used to be super close with the staff at this location, but the place has absolutely gone down hill since Fanny stopped managing it. The new manager Tiara actually rolled her eyes when I asked for help, told me to call the 800 number, then got upset when I did so in front of her instead of just going away without my food like she wanted. Go to a different location y’all. She will laugh at you when you ask for help and call you a Karen to other customers who don’t know why you’re upset.

Plenty of eating area. It's Faster oTo order in person than to order ahead. You'll be there waiting. They like to order fresh when you get there. It's DoorDash Order comes in and you'll also wait. So it's made to order, so it's made Fresh.

Honestly thought this place was going to be okay but when my partner and I came to pick up food the service was bad. The guys who were working tonight seemed like they didn't care. The guy packing the food tonight just had some attitude when we were asking for what we wanted, including some of the stuff to be on the side. He kept slamming the bowls onto the counter and overall just seemed annoyed of us even coming in to order. Not only that but the guy who rung us up had this air of "I don't want to be here" and when we were done paying he just handed the bag and wasn't even looking at us like "I just want to move on from this interaction."Just overall a bad experience at this one.

Stingiest chipotle i've been too with awful service. Had to come back twice because they forgot something. Will continue to go here because of how comedically easy it is to get my money with a free bowl of food.

I'm sorry but lately I guess the staff is letting it go.. There's too much dirtiness. Management needs to pay attention to their staff members and make sure they're being proper and clean after every every meal that's done because then it just looks sloppy and gross.

The place was not very clean and the person making the food was pretty rude. He actually threw the cup of guacamole on the counter. My coworkers and I will never eat here again.

Sigh. I had to learn the hard way that although the the pick-up feature on the app is a super convenient concept, if you go that route, Chipotle will do you dirty every single time. It was so bad it felt personal. My bowl was 80 percent rice, had a teaspoon of the beans, pico, corn salsa and sofritas i requested?? I also paid extra for guacamole and did not even get one drop of it. Like none at all. The last thing i wanna be is a Karen so I requested a refund for the guacamole and took the loss on the freakin bowl of rice. I did however call and spoke to a Robert, I explained nicely that perhaps the person working on to-go orders needs to be reminded or encouraged to be more mindful of peoples orders. I was offered a free entree, I declined because I understand mistakes happen, and my intention was only to prevent anyone from ever having to experience that. Well, the next day I try again, silly me. The exact same thing happened, WHYYYY???? I mean the exact same thing no guac, a buttload of rice and minuscule amounts of toppings. Unbelievable!! So disappointed and a lesson learned. So this is a warning to all who don't know, DO NOT order online or through the ap. EVER.
