they were 3 days late arriving for pick up increased 5k bid to over 10k once the day before closing. missing bar chair for bar set they unpacked my art work that i paid them to package when they put in storage and i have lots of damage broken lamps found dumped ashtray in a box missing my box with my brand new pots and pans. all claims are online no personnel service at all do not use them you will be sorry like i am

We are finally in our new home ! Moving across the country wasn't easy but we were referred by friends and we hired this company and we have no regrets! Thank you for all the support and communication. You guys have an excellent costumer service and the movers were very nice ! They offered us a good deal with a not to exceed price .We will recommend for sure!

Excellent moving experience. Had 3 man crew. Guys worked very fast, leaving me time in my day. Very professional. Took our beds down and reassembled them at my new place. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a moving company to use this company. I am very pleased. Not one broken or scratched belonging. A+++

coast to coast moving company helped me move. I had other movers scheduled that Didn’t show the day of the move. Being a single parent with no family nearby I was in a real bind. I explained my situation to the woman on the phone at Jones’, she did what she could and was able to have a truck with two guys at my house the same day! What a relief! The gentlemen were professional, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

Communicative during scheduling process, accommodating when we added a second stop after pick-up, on time on moving day, polite and friendly movers, clean truck, and careful with our belongings. Moving is very stressful and these folks made it smooth and easy.

I was very impressed by the efficiency they performed in moving many, many boxes and how expertly they wrapped and protected my large pieces of furniture. I would highly recommend this moving company. My house contents have been in their storage unit for over a year until my new house is completed. I have every confidence it is all safe and ready when my new home is completed.
