The people at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Overall it's a small gym with all basic equipment and like 2 showers one of which is with a curtain and a broken hose. I feel like it's not enough but the staff assured me it doesn't get that busy there. They have month to month payments as well as annual. The price is affordable and you can cancel your membership any time after first 2 months. They dont have sauna, swimming pool or a basketball court but for your body improvement needs its more than enough. Nice music, people around are nice and friendly. So far so good ?

Jackie, Brittany, Kaya, and Jose are the best. I see them at least 4 days out of the week. They always greet me with positive energy, which helps get me in the right state of mind for a killer workout. I can't drink regular protein shakes, and when they got the new Koia Vegan shakes in, they hooked me up with some. This is the first gym I've found in LA that makes you feel like family.

Crunch fitness is great. But this location isn’t the best. Lack d availability of equipment, especially free weights and they have almost no grips or bars available for machines. The turf and “HIIT” area is nice tho. 24 hours is what makes this location good. Usually it is kind of dirty and run down as compared to other crunch fitnesses

It's actually a lot bigger than it looks I got a tour and it does have upstairs and lots of goodies I did find the bathrooms a little smaller than I like only two showers for men I didn't get into the women but I'm sure it's about the same. Compared to some of the other ones at $10 a month for a 12 months is awesome worth every penny if you ask me.

The managent is so so poor. Short story, the managers here are liars in terms of denying agreements and simple questions. I wanted to complain to the corporate but they said they don’t have one which is unusual for a professional company. So Mario, a manager, gave me their office email where he said I can state my concerns but he’s also the one that handles these email. So what’s the point? I can’t believe the foolery in his response. This management thinks they can get away with everything so the least that I can do is to share my experience.

make sure every agreement u make with these liars are documented in paper. They will deny and twist their words after they get u to sign. Don’t accept anything less than a document and DO NOT TRUST verbal agreements!! because the next time u go back to them, they will hit you with the line “i didnt say that” or “sorry i hear you but…” and they will require u to pay to get out of it. Dont buy any of their excuses and reasons or whatsoever.

Everyone who works at this gym is extremely nice and courteous to everyone who comes in. Manny the manager is awesome and always takes care of anything I need. I recommend all my friends to come work out here.

It's a shame working out at other Crunch locations to see this. My membership allows access to all franchises. It's a bad sign that things have gone to hell when you pass the the windows tagged with graffiti. The neighborhood is UNSAFE. Parking behind , late at night, or anytime, is risky. Only gym where it's great to work out in groups. Safety in numbers. It's small, limited equipment. The locker room was filthy and frightening. The front desk man couldn't have been friendlier, more helpful and apologetic about the surroundings. Not anybody's fault. I barely had a workout. Left because there was no elbow room. It's unfortunate that Crunch charges the same fees here as their stellar gyms do. Local people, who don't drive pay monthly fees. Everyone have a right to a clean, safe gym. Very wrong. Crunch needs to step up.

Ugh, what a nasty experience this Crunch is. Don't go here if you want to work out because you will have to share the machines with a bunch of kids on their phones. There is only two showers in the men's locker room and it looks like it was cleaned in 1997. I think I might have gotten athletes feet from the gym floor so make sure to always wear your shoes and clean the machines because the gym is riddled with bacteria.

What is the point of having a gym membership to Crunch if the machines are broken and the gym is rarely clean? This gym seems more interested in signing people up and selling protein drinks than they are about public health and safety. :( I do not recommend.

AVOID - The only thing good about this facility is it’s 24 hours. This Crunch is small, and there are not a lot of machines. Often I find the machines are dirty and the showers are absolutely gross
