The area and surroundings are a little sketchy tbh, but I needed to get a photo print and this was a spot to stop.Young man behind the counter was friendly, even though the print came out a little too blue and the kiosk was a little frustrating, I got the photo printed, a frame bought, and I was out of the store in 25 mins.Not harping on the exterior too much, as this is LA, but didn't feel 100% safe, even though it was 4 pm in the afternoon.

worst dam CVS in the valley was on the phone for 30 mins only for them to hang up on me only because I said finally yall answer me worst customer service seriously medication was sent here by mistake NEVER AGAIN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN THROUGH THE PHONE

I just went to the CVS w my homeboy and they were rude asf. The female checking us out at the counter was hella snobby, rude, and she shady asf. Not gonna lie she deserves to be fired bc what she did. she thought we were stupid or something bc she scanned shit we said we didn't want. 3 different times. Thinking we wouldn't notice like girl come on. She did it three different times like girl - u think we dumb asf, take off the 3 things we told u we didn't want. She sighed like she didn't do shit wrong- when she's tryna steal my money and y'all's money we all work hard for. I had to go through the Total amount w no help from her even tho e asked her why's it so high?? So we going through the total w her tryna rush us even tho there's nobody else in the store damn near. After 5 seconds looking at what she charged us for we saw the $25 breast tape I didn't want, lipgloss that was like $15 and some face wipes. Now if that were me it woulda been a complete accident bc somehow I'm kinda dumb lol but she has this ugly look on her face w some entitled attitude like we wasted her time for her tryna steal my money I work so hard for. Make sure that if you go here you watch how much they're charging you because if you come during the overnight shift on a weekend Where they think ur drunk some of the workers (at least her) will try and take advantage of the money you work so hard for.

I looked up the definition of "open 24 hours" and it does not include "closed at 3am, with a paper note taped to the door indicating that it will re-open at 6am".

The location causes for high foot traffic and a mixture of patrons which makes this a hard store to maintain as they have to keep items under lock and key and keep a watchful eye. The staff in general are doing their best in such situations. Not the tidiest or best stocked convenience store local but the easiest to go to if you live in the neighborhood and generally has a version of the item you need.

It is supposed to be a drive through! I've been here 2x within the last week and drive through is not in use . If you are impaired and can't walk or have a hard time getting around do not go to this location. It is also dirty ....

The pharmacy is awful one day I was there one of employee came out of pharmacy to beat the boy Also always window is closed Right now I'm behind the window as usual and I'm calling the exactly an hour and they just ignored me They are seeing me but ignoring me I'm on disability and I told them many many times I'm on disability I can't come in I'm going to change my pharmacy but I just want to say this is the worst cvs pharmacy not just for the window for many more things that I saw happened here Manager is awful and telling employees to don't answer window just one of employee came to window and told me

I'd scheduled some vaccinations online. I got notification that the Covid booster would not be available, but I had two other vaccinations scheduled for the same visit. Tried to call the pharmacy directly for clarification to see if I could still come in for the other two vaccinations. The pharmacy never picked up the phone after almost an hour of being hold, and even calling back one time.

They need to get rid of their drive through if it is always going to be closed. It's unbelievable to have to go inside and see that they are on their phone and no one is in line.

This location has the most incredible staff. I have a toddler & needed to pick up my order asap, I wasn't getting confirmation email about order within the hour indicated. When I called the location, Crystal was nice enough to make sure to complete my pick up order & call me as soon as it was ready. When I walked in she was so friendly. It's people like crystal who restore my faith in people & especially in the younger generation.

One of the most poorly ran stores in the LA area. Unbelievable. They have great pharmacists who are worked to death. Pay the people, CVS. You're exploiting this neighborhood with an understaffed store. You made billions in profits last year.

This store offers self service photo kiosks that have services and products that CVS says they do not offer. I used the kiosk waited in line, went to the cashier who didn't know how to proceed. I was told to go online to find a location that provided the service. Online says all of the stores provide the service, there is additionally a help phone line on the receipt I got from my original order. Called them, they said all the stores ship the orders in & that all of them should be able to provide this service. I go back inside, they denied being able to provide the service still after explaining my phone call but called another store who was equally as unhelpful in providing the service or knowledge of any other location that could provide it. This is really bad service. There is a huge disconnect between what it says online & even what you can order in the store with their very own machines. This is a big problem for anyone unfortunate enough to go online and read that they offer this service only to go in and go thru almost the entire process before being denied & essentially refused I found another company to do it

I stopped by this CVS Pharmacy to pick up my magnet photo that I ordered from Photo Print. There was a Tmobile Tuesday free promo for a magnet photo so I took advantage of that. This CVS Pharmacy is in the same plaza as my dentist office so I stopped by here before getting my teeth clean. You shouldn't have any issues finding parking because it's in a big plaza. When I walked in, the photo department is on the right. You basically pick up your photo at the cashier area. It didn't take long for the employer to get me my photo after she verified the name of the order.

Hate how they close early at times call before going past 12 don't wanna get there and can't go in till the morning . Other than that clean , friendly , respectful staff .
