The system behind the pharmacy is disorganized. It doesn't matter how accommodating the workers are, whoever the main people in charge are neglectful when it comes to fixing this. Every time anyone in my family comes over here to pick up medicine, it's more like they operate based on a roulette rather than an actual schedule. I say that because one time they'll give you what would be assumed as the regular amount. The next time, there's nothing because it's not "available" so you either pay out of pocket or work out some kind of agreement with them as if you're the one at fault . The next time after this, they have TWICE the amount to give. We brought up the extra portions with the the manager and when he/she heard this, suddenly that one time, meds "weren't" available,they now were. And the thing is,this happens no matter who the people are. The entire roster have literally changed 2-3 times and that's still the pattern this pharmacy works under. A minor detail to add,is the people in the cash register always lie about not having a bathroom. Its like whoever the general manager is,no longer cares if this place gets shut down due to how low it's ratings are. ?

I am frequently visiting the pharmacy area, and there is always a fairly long line, sometimes I see few staff serving.

I was told by CVS that my life saving insulin was no longer covered by my insurance. I questioned them, because that doesn’t make sense. I keep calling my insurance company, my doctor, and CVS for the next 6 hours trying to figure out why it’s saying my insurance doesn’t cover it. It’s not until my doctor contacted a WALGREENS and confirmed my prescription is still covered by my insurance, that this was completely avoidable. CVS admitted to the clerical issue after I confronted them with this news. Never going here again, this CVS actively wants you to die.

The line in the evening for the pharmacy was so long. And the drive through pharmacy was closed even though the hours were during the open time. Everything in the store is behind locked doors. Definitely not the most pleasant experience at a CVS.

Bad customer service gonna take my business some else . I ask to get help to get medicine . From staff that was locked in cabinets waited almost 1 hr kept getting the run on around .I will be buying somewhere else where there is professional help and assistance . To get the medicine I need . When needed

The prices on the tag and at the register don't much. Be careful. Check the prices of everything. Cashier doesn't care, doesn't move after being told about the problem. She was just standing there and not giving any reaction just saying okay. I guess it happened so much that it's normal for them or they don't care.

CVS corporate needs to look into this location. I have problems walking I have bad times walking I'd come to 24-Hour drive-thru CVS is for a reason but this location never has the drive-thru open. No matter what time of day I go it's always close with sunshine on the window saying on break or closed come inside if I wanted to come inside I would have chosen a different pharmacy there's a reason I choose drive-thru pharmacy. This location lies about its drive-through option as you are forced to walk inside and wait in long lines while you're in pain standing on feet and legs that can't hold your weight when your having flare-ups from allergies give you hives on your feet and legs which cause pain. The pharmacy here doesn't care about its patients who desperately need to get their meds. I attached photos of each day I went consecutively at different times ranging from early morning to late night afternoons to it doesn't matter what time they never when I go. There should be some consequences to this as I am being lied to and wasting gas each time I go there. This pharmacy does not care about the patients who have problems walking in the store and chose this location for the fact of 24-hour drive-thru. Ask made a formal complaint with corporate office and still have not heard anything back from them. Contemplating on finding and hiring an attorney that I can pay to show CVS they are wrong and are putting patients / customers in jeopardy but not having that option available which has caused me to not be able to get my meds for over a week. If I have some type of medical problem like a stroke because of this I will hold this location and company accountable for that as I have complained and requested that they be open and they don't care that it is hard for a person to walk in and get their medicine.

On 08/19/2023 they closed the drive through an main door too, around 7:00 A.M to 8:15 A.M I was here just to get my refill, no one care, but they were inside ?24-7 it’s not true

I stopped by this CVS Pharmacy to pick up my magnet photo that I ordered from Photo Print. There was a Tmobile Tuesday free promo for a magnet photo so I took advantage of that. This CVS Pharmacy is in the same plaza as my dentist office so I stopped by here before getting my teeth clean. You shouldn't have any issues finding parking because it's in a big plaza. When I walked in, the photo department is on the right. You basically pick up your photo at the cashier area. It didn't take long for the employer to get me my photo after she verified the name of the order.

Generally a pretty positive experience for the most part except for one or two employees everyone's very helpful. The store can get busy and the lines can be long but yeah that's kind of just the way it is

24 hour store that regularly closes between midnight and 8am.Absolutely ridiculous to walk up and see a sign that says "Sorry not open till 8:30am" with the security guard sleeping in the dooryway visible.

Hate how they close early at times call before going past 12 don't wanna get there and can't go in till the morning . Other than that clean , friendly , respectful staff .

It's okay I just wish it was one of the bigger ones that had more stuff that was more updated you know this was old it's very small and I wish it was a big one because I love CVS

These people continuously miss my prescriptions sent from all my doctors. When I ask them how the problem can be resolved, they just said “go to a different pharmacy.”

There is always a line with more than 10-15 people and just 1 or 2 attendants. Most of the time, it's just 1. Forcing people to wait for more than 30-40 minutes. There are always new attendants. I wonder why....
