This is about the customer service at CVS pharmacy at 5711 Sepulveda Blvd. These are a whole different set of customer service techs, and a different pharmacists from two years ago.===================================But I can say they are absolutely the best, always smiling, to all their customers.===================================Ready to call and talk to your doctors office who forgot to send your medication over.===================================Or to warn you about mixing certain medications. Or find out which pharmacy might have the medication that they don’t have.===================================Joseph, Maggie, Val and the pharmacist Jalena. Are ready to serve you I really appreciate it, because sometimes I come in and I’m upset about something and not smiling but their smile will make me smile.===================================I really appreciate good customer service. There management needs to put this on their permanent record they deserve it.Thank youKelita

Worst drive through ever. Sitting here for thirty minutes. Ridiculous. And it's like this all of the time. If you want to waste time go to cvs drive through in Sherman oaks on van Nuys. And one time I was sitting in drive through and got up to the window and the clerk said we are closed. I almost lost It. I told her I'd been waiting forever and she said oh well we are closed. I hate this location 100%. Will get my prescriptions transferred to Walgreens when I have the time. Over it.

10/10 recommend this location. After dealing with so many terrible pharmacies messing up my medications In some way or another, sometimes waiting weeks to get my refills I’m so glad I found this one. They always get my prescriptions done in a timely manner, there is never any issues and they’re super friendly. I love it! They genuinely care which is a rare sight these days.

This is to let you know about the great customer service you have at CVS pharmacy at 5711 Sepulveda Blvd. I wanted to let you know what a great customer service person Jenna the Pharmacist is, I was very upset over my medication because I have arthritis in my knee, hip and my back. I want you know Jenna was so nice and so kind never changed her voice because I was upset. She calmed me down by trying to help me and telling me what she could do. And she certainly did help me. This is the kind of people you want working for you, who knows not to get upset because the customer is upset. And the reason I'm doing this is because I worked in customer service for 25 years and I realize good customer service is the backbone of any company. Please put this on her permanent record she deserves it. Then I was fortunate to deal with T, or Tea. I forgot which one I certainly ask her name because she was very helpful, and very nice to make sure that I had what I needed before I left. Again, this is the kind of people that you want in customer service. She was very polite, and A wonderful smile on her face at all times. So I had to tell you about her. Please put this on her permanent record. Last but not least Antonio, he made my day. Antonio was so friendly he tried to make sure that I got everything I need it. And because nobody was in line behind me, he just talked to me for a few minutes, that set the tone for the rest of my day because of his friendly smile and awesome conversation. Like I said, customer service is the backbone of any company people come back because of nice kind thoughtful people. And you have that in all three of the people I just mentioned. And please put this on his permanent record. I was a supervisor for 15 years in customer service and I worked on the floor for 10 years. So, I always know when I'm talking to a great customer service people Thank you. Kelita Bradley

Sloooooowwww service. If I could understand why it takes so long to get help when there is one or no other customers, I'd be more inclined to give them 1/2 star more. But on repeated visits (Covid testing took FOREVER waiting in line, with an appointment) and a question I had at the pharmacy window inside, the service just wasn't great. I guess it's better than nothing, but service really could be more efficient, even with just a "I'll be right with you" or a smile, "thanks for your patience."

I come in here at least 3 times a week for my needs. I rarely think about writing reviews but this annoyed me. I was in there 8/3 in the later afternoon. about 4pm. This guy with dark hair who was at the cash register called me "ma'am" in a low sour tone. I tried to give him my rewards coupon, he didn't even take it, I had to put it down on the counter, he sourly said "would you like a bag" and I felt so uncomfortable I said "thank you" to him because he didn't even say "thank you" nobody else was around so some people are unprofessional and "inject" their personal attitude towards somebody when they think they can get away with it. And secondly, why the last time I came in he called me Miss? So that's another thing and I certainly looked better yesterday than last time. And I wasn't getting more respect this time to be called ma'am, he was disrespecting me so that wasn't the case. I only say thank you to the service worker when they made me so uncomfortable and they should be the one who says "thank you" or "have a good day"So when somebody uses two titles they are connotation age or marital status which is offensive or trying to intentionally offend somebody to call them ma'am knowing women don't like that title but the main point is when they have been known to use Miss it's not like they are the type of person that just calls all women ma'am so I question this. Who has a right to judge somebody in their 30s like that or anyone? But didn't even say thank you and was rude.I also understand we all have personal problems and mood changes but this is ridiculous if you are working with the public. but I felt this was a personal attitude. One more thought. I worked all day doing deliveries, I work for a living, I wasn't all refreshed coming out of my home after working all day, where do men who suppose to be a service worker get off thinking they will treat women customers of how hot or ugly they look that day? If that was the case I don't know, Maybe I bothered him because I looked unrefresh after working all day or maybe it's because I looked good, I don't know but the FACT is he was rude and unprofessional to a point no service worker should treat any customer like this. They suppose to just do their job and give decent customer service not let attitudes get in the way, I don't care about his attitude but don't expect to be treated like this while purchasing my stuff. I never expect a service worker to be too friendly because it's also the same on the opposite spectrum but at least treat me like any other customer. At least a "thank you" or "have a good day" I mean it was ridiculous.UPDATE, next time I am going to look at the guy's name tag and see if his name is Joshua, because somebody sent me a nasty DM. Sure, I'm crazy, you're the one being unprofessional and deciding if somebody is a Miss or a ma'am. and depending on how they look that day. Look around, most women notice the same thing and complain all over the internet. if you are going to call one woman ma'am, call all females ma'am, no? cause you don't want to upset certain ones?, you have no right to define if I am a Miss or a ma'am, since I am not a senior but even then, you would have no right calling women who come in to shop " young "or "not that young and or must be married"or "old:" and all the ones you perceive as young and single "Miss" that is messed up, newsflash, women don't like the two titles and when somebody like you clearly uses both, who are you to judge us? why use two titles and don't tell me one is the same as the other. cause you know damn what you mean judging age or and marital status. Who are you to decide somebody's age or marital status. it's ageist. And grow up and get professional. it's funny you're rude but than try to be profess

I tried and tried to stick with this pharmacy, as. I love that it's located IN Target. But after many incidents, I had to leave. Unprofessional and unhelpful staff. Texting me to say a medicine is ready for pick up, only to make a special trip and learn that they are out of stock and won't have it for several days (this happened more than once). Long waits too, when pharmacist and staff are on phone or working in the back, and don't come to the counter.
