The girls at CVS inside the Target in Raymer St are very nice, polite, friendly and respectful, thank God the girl with red hair speaks Spanish, my mom was very happy. CVS needs more people like them

Very grateful for the service provided to me when processing my medical prescriptions, the staff was very friendly and efficient, and also very flexible, it was almost time to close the pharmacy, even so they were super friendly, they cleared up all my doubts and explained very well how they should take the medications.
Very professional and fast.
They told me that the wait would be 20 minutes and within 10 minutes they already gave me the medications.
I give a 10 to their excellent service

The pharmacist in CVS Raymer in Van Nuys was so helpful. My mom is picking up her meds and we are worried how to pay it bcoz it’s very expensive. The pharmacists stepped in just to help us!Thank you so much!

If I could give no stars I would. I call in a prescription, I am told they close in 8 minutes and she can't fill the prescription. I said that's fine, the patient will pick it up tomorrow and lady on the phone rudely tells me "I am trying to tell you I can't fill it and it's an antibiotic, are you sure the patient can wait." So I hang up, hoping when I call back someone else picks up. Two minutes later, I call back and the same lady picks up. She has the audacity to laugh at me and make fun of me and tell me prescribing an antiobiotic is out of the scope of my practice because I am a dentist. She asks me what are you trying to treat, and then she says oh maybe the patient has a fungal infection, by you prescribing this it will make it worse. I didn't say anything and let her laugh but I was thinking in my head who's the doctor here. I did not want to steep to her level. I can't believe such people work in a pharmacy and are allowed to speak to anyone like that. I have been writing prescriptions for over 7 years and this is the first time, I was extremely disrespected by an immature staff member.
