Delivery drivers put zero effort in finding my location. I watched on the map as he drove right past my street and then immediately put in an exception saying the address was wrong. So I spent 3 hours waiting on them to sign, took time off work, then had to followup online and waited on the phone to tell DHL the address WAS correct. Now I have to wait over the weekend and take time off to sign for the delivery on Monday. All because the driver was too lazy to put any effort in! Not happy with DHL.

How does this place even have above 2 stars? How is DHL not in a billion lawsuits. We are waiting for a important legal document to come from India and every night we get false emails about not being able to deliver because premises was closed and the next day we call 10 times and have supervisors tell us that the package will be delivered before 5pm and the next day we get the same exact update. This is a 100% scam and they either lost the package or it really is not at the van nuys facility and are doing this to buy time. This company is a complete scam. The address and name for recipient is a business and the address shows that it is a office building. They know that the building closes at 6pm, so they wait until 6:30 or after and send a notification that they were unable to deliver. This has cost huge monetary loses due to not being able to receive the legal document at our escrow in time.

It is extremely frustrating to receive false delivery notifications and then be asked to pay approximately $35 each time for a service that is not being properly provided. This is unacceptable and reflects very poor customer service and lack of professionalism.
I request a proper investigation into this matter and a clear explanation as to why delivery attempts are being falsely reported. I also expect my package to be delivered without any additional charges, as the failure to deliver is not due to my absence.
Please address this issue as a matter of urgency.

DHL damages the goods in a shipment and tells me to notify the sender and tell them to file a claim. I'm the customer...I paid for the product. Why can't I file a claim?? I lost the money and product. The sender got paid why would they care to file a claim. Makes no sense!!

Nowhere to park, left waiting for 10 minutes when no one else was being served, package brought out and left for a further 5 minutes as the staff couldn’t find the scanner. Staff seemed to be doing their best, but is not a well run facility

Had great service from Mitra in the front pick up office, she was great, we had 5 missing packages and she went out of her way to locate and dig out 5 out of 7 packages then found my missing 2 the next day and called me to tell me she had them waiting for me!

This was my first experience shipping with DHL and I found the online international shipping information extremely daunting. I came into the Van Nuys office and both Mitra and Khamil were extremely helpful and patient. Mitra made the experience very friendly and pleasant!
