Today was my first time visiting this location . Ben gave me a full set french tip exactly the way I wanted and he made friendly conversation during the process and took his time . Amy gave me a pedicure exactly how I wanted and I'm so happy with the results . I added a calus remover and she really did an amazing job . She took her time and the message felt so good I think I found my a regular place I will be returning again . I also got my eye brows waxed as a well .

After being a long time customer (the owner only) I went in to repair a broken natural nail without an appointment (hey, it's a broken nail). She wouldn't fit me in for a 2 minute fix. I haven't been back since.

Worst place ever waisted my time and money.... If you don't have anyone available to do people's toes please don't waist anyone's time. I have never been so annoyed and and disappointed

During my visit to the nail salon, I experienced a prolonged process of acrylic nail removal lasting an hour and a half. The language barrier with the technician made communication challenging, and I observed some issues with the service quality. Despite spending an hour in the chair, there was still acrylic residue on my nails. Upon expressing my concerns to the manager, I was asked to return to the same technician, who attempted to rectify the situation by filing my nails excessively, resulting in discomfort.Adding to my disappointment, the pricing for acrylic removal, listed at $10, ended up being $15. Despite these challenges, I chose to provide a $5 tip. While I appreciate the manager's kindness, the overall experience was unsatisfactory, and I won't be returning. I was trying to hold back my tears during this process. The extended duration for acrylic removal was particularly frustrating, and I found it difficult to conceal my disappointment with the outcome of the service.

Ive been to this salon before, not sure who did my pedicure last time but I really liked the results. That visit was over a year ago and i decided to try it again and made an appointment. Super sweet staff everyone was polite prices weren’t bad everything with the pedicure went perfectly, not sure who the lady who did my pedicure this time was but I think she made it a peaceful experience. She was even asking in between painting my nails if I was ok with it before she put them under the lamp. This was partially my fault bc I didn’t say anything or really look close at it but the lighting was so dim in there and especially bc the polish was pink I wasn’t able to notice any imperfections until I left the salon. There’s just a bunch of polish all around my cuticles and on the sides of my feet. I just wish they would also pay attention to how they are polishing as much as they do with everything else. Like i said I actually really enjoyed the service especially the hot towel and they put on lotion too which not many salons do which I really appreciated.Service: Pedicure

I was so disappointed two weeks ago, when the owner charged me for a brand new full set and told me and surprise me with a higher amount to pay at the end of her work session. She was laughing with her employee speaking in Vietnam and charged me a lot when I had never ask her to do a full set instead she over charged me at end and today I was scheduled to go but instead I decided to go elsewhere where they do my nails 10 times better than this nasty place. In fact I had declined their phone calls because they don’t even deserve for me to call them to cancel. Clients like me are smart to notice when you try to take advantage of your service. Thumps down for this business for dishonesty, period.

I called before I went to see if they could take a walk-in. They gave me a time about an hour later, which was fine...thats why i called lol. Pleasant surprise they called me back and gave me an earlier time. So parking is pretty tight, if you can street park and walk it might be preferable. There is a parking lot but it's pretty small. I walked since I live around the corner. The place itself is clean and the people were very nice. I think the prices were fair, sorry I forgot to get a picture of the sign. I did gel manicure and regular pedicure for $55. The color I chose was a bit different between the gel and nongel color, but the manicurist noticed and was honest about it. I thought it was close enough, as seen in the photo, but loved that she was upfront about it instead of trying to hide it. I think it looks great ?. The pedicure chair was massaging... ugh so good. I got a hand and foot massage with both services. Overall great experience. I will definitely be back! Love supporting small businesses.Recommendations: Call ahead, make an appointment if possible and expect to street park on Vanowen.P.s. Like I said its a local owned business and I couldn't find a website... don't let that stop you from visiting and step up your nail game ?.Services: Gel manicures

The lady did my manicure was patient took her time detailed trim cuticles hand massage relaxing polish nails and shaped nails Sweet and kind Will definitely come back first timer didn't disappoint thank you for the service
