The cashier Veronica at 15230 Vanowen Street is very unprofessional, rude. Instead of canceling the whole transaction and restart. She had a lot of people waiting in line. Gave me an attitude when I nicely said she already scanned this item she rudely said back “I know how to do my job, don’t tell me how to do it” worst customer service don’t recommend.

Something to keep in mind, this is a discount store but I recommend them for the many unique things I find. They are great for arts and crafts items...everything you need!

Ehhhh! They use to have a lot of good stuff for crafts and gift wrap. Felt like all they had was a bunch of junk. Not easy to park here either.

My very 1st time going to that store and I literally went into crazy shopping mode! Lol! Really cool store the prices are decent and affordable in my opinion the store is very organized and neat not a single item is out of place and Also the aisles aren't cramped where 2 people have to take turns walking by lol overall i give this store 2 thumbs up! ??

I came to get a gift bag 6 min before 9pm they had they doors already locked. That is false advertisement if it’s says open till 9pm. If it will happen again a few more time that is a class action law suit

Horrible location with rude and disrespectful customer service. They also over charge you on purpose. Or they don't know how to count. They're also ghetto because a manager wanted to beat me up one time for pointing out that I was overcharged.
