Formal Complaint Regarding Inappropriate Conduct by Manager
I am writing to formally report a concerning incident involving a manager named Charlie. While he was putting inventory on the shelves, I approached him to ask if I could take some boxes. He initially ignored me, so I repeated my question, thinking he hadn't heard. In response, Charlie turned to me and screamed, "YES, I SAID YES," in a loud and aggressive manner. This reaction was unexpected and alarming, not only to me but also to an employee standing nearby who looked visibly scared. When I calmly told him not to yell at me or raise his voice, he raised his shoulders and simply turned his back on me.

This store is so ghetto. One of the cashiers is so lazy he doesn't fully open his line. He wastes time pulling one person at a time out of another line.

Elizabeth is worst customer service. She asked me "do you want bag?" I told her "No" and she still charged me for bag and when I asked money back she called me Weirdo. That's is rude! I don't care how much if it's my money I want it back even it's 1cent.Should have read the reviews about this store. So may rude people working in 1 place.Never come back to this store.

Id NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION, THEY R RUDE AND THE MANAGER IS STRAIGHT UP RUDE TOO. I was in line waiting for a gd few mins the cashier rudley in good English told me her line was closed to get out of her line but she'll help the guy in front of me. When It was my turn I asked the cashier who was the manager she said " the one is the green shirt" seriously all the employees were green , ugh rude too. Then manager tell me he that she doesn't speak gd English and I misunderstood her. (All employees were hisp. I look wht) so I take it he's racist and tells me if I have a problem I can leave & contact the higher manager he doesn't care !!

I stopped by this Dollar Tree while waiting for my wife car at Costco. This Dollar Tree is a decent size and they have some good items here. When you walked in, you'll see the Christmas stuff on the left side of the store. I walked around the store and looked at some items that they have here. I was surprise to find the Hasbro Watermelon gummiee here which is no longer being sold at other stores I go to. The checkout line here was pretty long since they only had 1 station open and there no self checkout. They have the frozen food items toward the back of the store and they carry soda here as well. They also have some clean supplies here but I would suggest getting them somewhere else.

They also have some clean supplies here but I would suggest getting them somewhere else. You'll likely have trouble finding parking here since it's in a plaza with costco. There are non costco parking spots for customer who are going to other stores but costco shoppers don't respect that.

This location can be of value for things a handful of things I buy, however the Major problem here is UNDERSTAFFING! There are four checkout stands and only one cashier. They need to hire at least 5 people, four to man each check stand and one dedicated to balloons, that create a major delay for the single cashier when a cheap customer wants to buy a bunch of balloons that they should be going to Party City for. Also, there are sketchy people walking in like homeless, so they should have an armed security guy to deny those people entry into the store!
