My old copier broke down and i was in the market of buying a new copier, but after speaking with Ecotech Office Solutions and doing some research, they helped me understand that leasing one was a better options. I didn't even know leasing a copier was a thing! The whole process was very easy and straight forward. I know have a copier that comes out to be cheaper on a monthly basis with the services that Ecotech includes. Definitely was a smart choice and my staff is happy with it.

I buy printers and ink from Ecotech Office Solutions, and they service all of printers that I get from them. They service always done on time, profesional, best prices that I can get. They are reasonable. In simple terms, they are the best. Leo, Jose, and team are the best of the very best. All respect to you and your positive attitude. God bless you all.

Our office was in need of somebody to help us set up our scanner and connect it to two computers. Before Jose from Ecotech came to help us, we tried having two IT people set it up several times and failed. Leo was great in responding very quickly and got us set up with Jose to come out to our office within a week of me seeking their help. Jose came in on time, was able to set up our scanner and fix the sleep mode (that was driving us crazy by the way) in 2 hours. Jose probably would have gotten the job done faster if it hadn't been for the previous IT people messing with the scanner BUT he was able to figure out and fix their mistakes quickly. He was even nice enough to give us a tutorial on how to use and maintain our scanner/copier. Their prices are very affordable compared to what other companies are asking and they do a great job. Jose is our new hero and Ecotech has made our lives so much easier now. Thank you!

Great job and great price. My office printer was a mess. Ink everywhere and lines from the drum that I couldn't get cleaned. They took their time, for it looking like new, and came to me for a little under $100. I appreciate the service.

I was set to bring in my printer, and on the phone Leo gave me a tip to try to fix it. It worked and I didn't have to bring it in. I found that very generous of him, and I'll remember Ecotech when I do need repair. Great place.
